A nice hotel off of I5 that I chose because of it's proximity to Mount St. Helens national park. It is on the mall grounds which makes shopping a breeze. The staff was friendly and the room was basic but I had no complaints about any of aspect of the room. I had a regular King standard room which all... more

A group of 70 Bike and crew riders stayed here on the first night of our ride from Portland to Seattle in March 2009. The hotel was not only ready for us at the various times the bikers arrived, bu they were very nice and accomodating. While there was nothing standout fabulous about the location or premises, it was a... more

We spent one night here on our drive down I5 to California. It is right off the freeway, so you can hear the traffic. But our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Nothing special but no complaints either. more

My in-laws, my husband, and I were on a 10-day Washington tour and we booked two rooms via the hotel website. We requested "non-smoking rooms" (we are all allergic to smoke) and I included my cell phone number with the reservation. When we arrived at appx. 5:20 (after the 4 p.m. cancellation deadline), the desk clerk immediately told us that... more

My family stayed here for one night after touring Mt. St. Helens. The room itself was average but it was clean. The pool is a little small (about 4 1/2 ft deep) but the boys enjoyed it. The hotel itself is a little worn around the edges. The towels in the room were frayed around the edges - enough that... more

Stayed here for two nights while visiting Mt. Saint Helens. This was a nice hotel and I had no problems with the room at all. The check in and check out process was very quick and easy. The evening desk clerk was also very helpful in suggesting local restaurants in the area. My only complaint is with the housekeeping manager...... more

The staff were very helpful and friendly, both when booking, checking in and checking out. The room was big and quiet. I could not hear the freeway nor any noise from other rooms or the hallway. The TV had a lot of cable channels and a guide to the channels, something many hotels forget which I find very helpful. The... more

Overall, we were pleased with this motel. The room was clean and comfortable; the breakfast was very good with a variety of choices. Although the front desk staffperson seemed a little harried, she was still friendly. Our room faced I-5. We could hear a little traffic noise, but it didn't bother our sleep. I would definitely stay here again. more

The Comfort Inn is just off I-5 in Kelso, right in a large shopping mall (Target, Penny’s etc.) The staff was friendly and helpful and the place was generally clean. The rooms were pretty much standard Comfort Inn. It has an indoor pool and whirlpool. We were on the side facing the freeway, but the noise wasn’t bad. The continental... more

I shouldn't have expected much when I booked the suite for only $80 (Entertainment Card). The room was quite large with a sitting area with a pull-out couch and another large chair by the window. The suite also had a refigerator and a microwave. The bathroom had a two person jacuzzi tub that was not very inviting. There was pubic... more
