The service at this hotel was horrible, by far the worst experience for a large chain hotel. I had never stayed in a Red Lion before and I will never again. The wait staff was rude, lazy and slow. The management staff made lame excuses for the poor service and did nothing to improve the situation. more

I stayed several days for business. The front desk staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. I requested a room with a fridge. Unbeknownst to me, they apparently deliver mini fridges on a hand-truck following check-in! This seemed unnecessary, not to mention tactless. Also, don’t get a room with an adjoining door; you can hear everything from the room next door. While... more

I stayed 2 nights at the Red Lion Hotel, and I also had my wedding at the Red Lion Hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff are highly unprofessional and do not listen to your requests. I was lied to several times by hotel staff, so they could get more money out of my pocket. For... more

We stayed in the largest suite they have, and it was the biggest hotel suite we have ever stayed in. In almost every way we were presently surprised with the hotel. The room was dated but nice, and the bed was excellent. Most surprising was the restaurant, we had dinner and breakfast and the food was far better than expected,... more

Have stayed in this hotel numerous times over the past fifteen years. It has not had any noticeable improvements. First room we checked into this trip had obviously had smokers in. We asked for another room. Desk staff seemed very indifferent about cigarette smoke. They rented room to another patron after we relocated. Both rooms we were in as well... more

My family stayed at the Red Lion Hotel in Kelso, WA recently and it was absolutely hideous. First of all, the front desk staff was horribly rude, especially the front desk manager, a guy who looked to be about 18 years old. Then, the room was dirty and dusty. The decor was dated. Room Service was an hour late and... more

Husband and I stayed here 1/29/08-1/31/08. He had an interview at a local hospital so the HR staff set us up at Red Lion Inn for the 2 nights. Once we arrived at the hotel, the girl behind the desk was soft spoken but nice. It's only 2 stories, so we had to lug our stuff up the stairs...the carpet... more

We stayed here for a Lions Fall Forum. The front desk was pleasent and helpful. Housekeeping immediately gave us a second luggage holder for our room when asked. When a bulb burned out in the bathroom, they were there in five minutes to replace it. Almost all the rooms were occupied by Lions and the service was great. The room... more

Walking distance to the fields and McDonalds, a bowling alley and other stores are right next door. The mall on the other side of the freeway. Yes you are by the freeway but it was pretty quiet. Our room was huge with two queen bed and two bathroom sinks, one outside the toliet area. A large picture window that faced... more

This was absolutely the worst hotel experience ever. I travel 18 days a month for business and I have never stayed in such a lackluster, watered-down, filthy looking hotel room. The front desk staff were downright rude, charged me for a pay per view movie I did not view, and they refused to take it off my bill. Do yourself... more
