I am pretty thrifty and we have stayed in a lot of mid-range hotels over the years. I was looking for a hotel with the biggest bang for the buck and this was it by far. We were going to visit Mt St Helens the next day and the location is just over an hour away. We had a small... more

The Guesthouse Inn is located in a mall parking lot with many stores and dining choices nearby. Red Lobster is less than a 1/2 minutes drive. The hotel was very clean and the room was huge. Our standard 2 double bed rooms was about the size of standard extended stay rooms. The room had a nice sitting area with a... more

I have stayed at countless hotels, of all types and classes, but this had to be the worst. Noisy, inattentive staff, dirty, and inedible breakfast foods offered. I would rather camp. more

I booked on line and when I arrived I decided it would be best to be on the top (3rd) floor just in case the folks upstairs were noisy. The clerk moved us to #301 a King no-smoking with a kitchette, so we had a fridge, microwave and dishes and a dining area. The shower/tub was great, lots of hot... more

We stayed at this hotel because of its proximity to Mount St. Helens. It was okay, in an average-veering-toward-tacky sort of way. Thumbs up to the very spacious room, with a desk/entry area that was almost as large as the area that housed the two queen-size beds. Also a plus was the hotel's proximity to a bunch of restaurants, since... more

We stayed here for 1 night after flying into Portland and wanting to go to Mt. St. Helens the next day. It was a little hard to find off the expressway, as it's in a parking lot for a mall. But, overall, the hotel was very nice. The room was very big, it was clean, quiet & the beds were... more

We stayed at this hotel while visiting relatives in Longview, WA We had our 10 and 12 year old with us. The room was large for 4 people and had a pull out sofa. This was nice so each of our kids had their own bed! The breakfast was okay but ended early (9:30). There was also a refrigerator and... more

Stayed here for my 20th class reunion and it came recommended.. The checkin girl was very friendly and when I asked for a room off the ground floor since I was traveling along she made the change immediately for me.. The room was very clean and comfortable.. They provided a breakfast in the morning which was really nice (waffles, doughnuts,... more

We stayed at this hotel while visiting the Mt. St. Helens area with our three children. The suite had room for all of us - two beds and a pull-out couch. The room was basic, but clean. The breakfast was above average for a hotel of this type. There was also a refrigerator and microwave in our room. This hotel... more
