I've stayed at this property over 20 times during the past three years and the service attitude, mostly from the front desk, has worsened to the point where you feel they really are doing you a major favor by allowing you at their hotel. They are often booked full, so it appears to have influenced this common attitude.

Here are the few problems I experienced at an otherwise great hotel: terrible wifi internet, the most uncomfortable bed I've ever experienced at a hotel and the shrimp served in the restaurant were NOT de-veined which means I was expected to eat shrimp feces. I expect a little more when staying at a Hilton brand hotel.

Convenient location when planning day trips to Seattle and other main attractions without having to change hotels. Hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable and on-site breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold items. The fridge in our room came in handy and also took advantage of the hotel shuttle which dropped us off and picked us up from... More

I stayed at this HGI while I was in town for business in Bellevue. I don't like the noise and people of downtown, so selected this location in Issaquah. It was a short drive to where I needed to go and I absolutely loved the area! It was quiet, peaceful and I was within a couple minutes of really new... More

As always the stay here is excellent. There are several new employees and the tradition of service and excellence remains. Everyone is very professional, courteous and works really hard to ensure customer stays are the best. Ashley and John deserve some special recognition. The dining staff are great. the food is always good. LeAnn exhibits the qualities you want in... More

Hotel staff was very professional.Hotel was clean and had great free coffee. Bus service is close to take you right down town near Safeco and Century field.$2.50 adult and $1.25 child under 18 one way gets you to the parks with a short walk. Would stay again. Thanks to Tess the manager for all your help.

Great property with easy access on/off I-90. There was construction on the site during our stay however, it was of little consequence. We were only there one night (a few short hours) to attend a Seahawks game and this hotel was a good choice. There's a fantastic spot for breakfast very close by too, the Issaquah Cafe. This spot alone... More

very clean room. nothing flashy. very cookie cutter style. close to freeway access. good breakfast. not so sure why we chose this hotel. lacking the Hilton classy feel. very basic hotel with a resort level room rate.

This is a typically fine Garden Inn, with a great buffet breakfast, and super nice staff. Just be aware that they are just starting to build a Homewood Suites on the property, and just outside your room window. They start at 8 am, so forget about sleeping past that hour unless you bring ear plugs. But, in the end, I... More

This was a nice place. Breakfast was good. Workout room was nice. Bedroom was a little warm and took forever to cool down. My only gripe was not being able to enter from other doors outside except front door. Manager on duty said they locked the doors due to a private function? Overall stay was what I expect at an...
