A quiet romantic cabin in the woods, a peaceful garden, full amenities. One feels miles away from the bustle, yet a short drive takes you to gourmet restaurants, galleries and shopping. They seem to have anticipated every need. Lots of small touches and treasures to discover. Full kitchen if you want to cook. We were only able to stay one... More

Such a charming little place, very cozy and private, with everything you need inside. We stayed in the Log Cabin, it is the cutest little cabin ever, would love to make it our home if I could! They thought of all the little details to make you feel good, the woodstove, the croissants and homemade jam, the king size bed,... More

6 lovely and lovingly kept-up log-cabin style cottages with most of the comforts of home, scattered within a 25-acre private nature preserve. Very spacious, very romantic and easy to get to. I would have preferred a served breakfast, although there was plenty of food in the refrigerator but lacking bread to eat with the fresh eggs (just bring your own,... More

A very nice Inn/Cottages, staff are very friendly, it has an awesome location, in the heart of Whidbey Island. A short distance south to Langley or north to Coupeville. We stayed in the Tenneessee Cottage, very spacious, Fireplace, Jacuzzi tub, kitchen and everything set in the dining room and kitchen for breakfast. Comfortable king size bed. Beautiful forested grounds to... More

We stayed in the Lodge for a week and enjoyed the Lodge very much. We loved the beautiful log home, the unusual, wonderful antiques, giant Jacuzzi tub in the bedroom suite, stone fireplace. So peaceful in the forest and fun to grill out on the deck for a dinner and watch the birds and ducks on the small lake. We... More

It's a little worrisome to find a "for sale" sign on the property when you drive up.... The Carriage House was very nice and the setting is lovely and very private. It was also really nice, given the weather here, to have a carport attached (this also provided a great place for grilling -- which we did for two nights.... More

We have stayed at Guest House several times and is our favorite destination. We have been in the Kentucky, the Tennessee and the Lodge; all are wonderful! The cabins have everything you need for staying several days (and we have); the setting is private, romantic, restful and secluded in a beautiful forest setting. Pastries, fruit, snack items, and eggs are... More

We stayed in the Kentucky cabin. It was very secluded,so if you want privacy, this is the cabin. Very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast choices in the cabin were plentiful. Havering a real fire was very special. I would definitely recommend for a quiet weekend get away. Loved the surroundings.

We stayed in the log cabin by the duck pond. The cabin is cute and fairly authentic, and the breakfast table looks right out over the pond. Watching the ~20 mallards spend their morning is a very serene way to spend breakfast (its kind of like watching a fish tank). As other reviewers have mentioned, the cabin is stocked with... More
