Don't expect perfect for such a great deal!!! Your dogs will live this place and so will you!!! The closeness and quiet of the beach is truly a blessing!!! So much fun! Bon fires allowed on beach. I'v e been going to the Grayland Motel for 10 years as the setting is nice, the owner is agreeable and the price is right. It shows its age some, but if luxury is not your big factor you'll like the wide open areas around the motel, nice path to the beach, roar of the surf, etc.
