Nice campground, good clean sites. However, the truck noise all night is unbearable. The air brakes from the trucks are going off all night and in order to sleep you either need a noise proof camper or a good pair of ear protection.

Camp host is very friendly and puts on educational programs for adults and kids alike, despite heat, with costumes/corresponding outfits to match the topic. Sites in the back, away from shower area has a small creek and trails for exploring. Nice and close to Goldendale, WA for visiting the Observatory State Park as well, swimming in Columbia river at Maryhill... More

The two times we have stayed here, we were not planning to do so - but the park turned out to be the only one around for many, many miles. The facilities are excellent - free shower! - and the number of camp sites are plentiful. It's usually *very* cold, even when its warm in day time, so take a... More
