An awesome experience with beautiful surroundings right in the heart of downtown Gig Harbor. The room was very clean and staff extremely friendly with knowledge and advice of where to go for an all around total experience of what Gig Harbor has to offer. With flat screen TV, four poster bed and jetted tub inside...boats, friendly locals, water / sea... more

Maritime Inn - great potential...cozy, compact rooms with comfy bed and linens. Small bath towels do not match bed linen quality. Lots of noise from room above, flushing etc. tvs do not turn off totally, so light shines all night. But all this could be overlooked if the staff were a bit warmer. Rather cool and abrupt on the phone... more

I have stayed at the Maritime Inn many times over the last three years. The first time I stayed I was travelling solo but I have since made many return trips with friends and family and we've all fallen in love with the Inn. Its waterfront location is one of the main selling points. Not to be left out are... more

The Maritime Inn was a great find in the great little port of Gig Harbor, WA. We stumbled upon it by way of the Hood Canal Bridge being under repair, so we ended up rerouting our trip -- what a find! The service from beginning to end was fabulous! Walked into the very open friendly lobby where we were greeted... more

The Inn is located right on the main road with a great water view.  The rooms were just renovated and so cozy with the fireplace and great linens.  The inn is small, so only a few rooms which makes it perfect for a romantic getaway.  It was great to be able to walk to dinner and breakfast the next morning. ... more

As some of you know planning a large wedding can become somewhat of a full time job. My husband and I were planning our Gig Harbor wedding and a majority of our wedding party was traveling in from out of town. When I contacted the Maritime INN in downtown Gig Harbor I was relieved that one part of my planning... more

We are South Africans and spent 2 nights at The Maritime Inn just prior to going on a cruise to Alaska. Gig Harbor is a stunning village with one main road. Whilst really small it's vert charming being on the water, and has some nice art shops. The Maritime Inn is on the "main" rd in the middle of town,... more

We were so disappointed! The room was dirty...spilled coffee(?) on the tile, moldy grout around tub, warn bedspread, uncomfortable chairs, hairs in and around sink...serious! We told them about it (this was the canterwood room) and they put us in another room, one on the board walk. They said it wouldn't be noisy because the town is dead after 10pm.... more

We appreciate any and all feedback so we can better serve our guests in the future. We are excited to announce that we remodeled the Maritime Inn this summer. We have upgraded our rooms, lobby and common areas. This includes paint, carpet, wood floors, trim, lighting, beds and bedding, tile, tubs, toilets, sinks, flat screen televisions and in-room regrigerators. Our...

The Maritime Inn is perfectly located for those arriving by boat - easily within walking distance of the marinas - but is also amidst the historic streets of Gig Harbor. Our room (the Polo Room) had a wonderful "princess and the pea" 4-poster bed that required steps to ascend. And the room was quiet, clean, and charming with a large... more

Our room was not huge, but fine for 2 people. Bed was great! The fireplace was nice but being a warm summer night not needed and the pilot light was on so some heat was coming from it. In-room 4 cup coffee maker with all the sweetners you would want plus creamers, not just the powdered stuff. The bathroom was... more
