Manitou Lodge provided a wonderful, quiet place to rest after a long day walking on the beach and searching out tide pools. The room was adorable, but tiny for two people. We were squeezed in with our suitcases and tripping over them until we lay our heads down. With no TV, we spent a wonderful evening talking though and that... More

We were lucky enough to book a room at 10pm the day before our arrival due to a cancellation leaving only one room available at the Manitou. In the Summer this area is booked solid because of the nearby Olympic National Park attractions and (sigh) Twillighters making the pilgramage to Forks, and it was really frustrating to find that most... We enjoyed a fabulous 2 night stay. The Lodge is quiet and peaceful. Very nicely decorated and well maintained. We stayed in the Sacajawea room which has a nice, big, wood-burning fireplace. The king bed and bedding is very comfortable. We definitely recommend it.

I liked staying here. The owners accomodated us even with a small child -- in regular rooms no one under 5 is allowed (and I do understand that!!) but they set us up in separate areas where he could not trouble anyone during sleeping hours. Altogether, my family stayed in the Owl, Eagle, and Outback Too rooms over two nights.... More

Owners were great, friendly, and social. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Much better area to stay than in Forks, as it is very secluded and close to Rialto Beach and Beaches 1, 2, and 3. Very quiet. Breakfasts are pre-prepared and left in your fridges to either take with you or heat and enjoy in your room. Coffee is... More

A wonderful B&B in a wooded, beautiful setting, with friendly competent staff. Breakfast is self-serve from pre-prepared baskets, and was delightful. Not the place for B&B enthusiasts for whom social interaction at breakfast is a key point. We loved the elegance, quiet and proximity to the area's magnificent beaches.

This is a B&B, in beautiful, quiet forest surroundings. Wonderful host. High beam, wood-paneled common room with fireplace. Frig/microwave/toaster and breakfast in your own room for you to enjoy at your convenience. Convenient to Forks, La Push, Mora, beaches, hiking. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, serene escape from the big city... More

We enjoyed our stay greatly. There was room to spread out and relax, with access from the rooms to attractive outdoor sitting areas.

My husband and I stayed here on the recommendation of my sister-in-law, and she did not steer us wrong. We had a wonderful stay. It was close to beaches and Olympic National Park. It was far off enough the beaten path not to be inundated with "Twilight" stuff, but close enough to Forks to enjoy it's restaurants. Our room was... More

My Husband and I were traveling to Wesport from Hurricane Ridge and decided to stop in Forks for the night. We had both been familar with the area and went with our families as kids and went to the beach first and then were going to find a room for the night. We were shocked when we couldn't find a...
