Wow is all I can say. This lodge is on a beautiful piece of property with great accommodations. Loved our room, and everything about it. Great breakfast to go. You've got the rainforest at your back door and the ocean 4 miles away. Awesome. Highly recommend.

My family stayed here for three nights and used it as a base to see the beaches as well as the rain forests. We have a 9 year old boy and a 14 year old girl. We stayed in the Owl suite which has two bedrooms and is part of a cottage across from the main lodge. The place was... More

The Manitou Lodge is out of the way, but worth seeking out. It is a short drive from Rialto Beach, which is just incredibly beautiful, and not too far from several entrances to Olympic Ntl Park. The Lodge itself is charming, the vibe peaceful, the staff exceedingly helpful and nice (and not over-present, as at some B&Bs). The pre-prepared breakfast... More

We stayed there the memorial day weeked - first night in the tent & the second night in the outback cabin. We loved the place, the host and their pets. The place is about 10 miles from Forks. Lynn was absolutely wonderful. I can't really think of anything that I didn't like. Ed & Lynn, please keep up the good... More

Three of us stayed in the Cedar Suite on Friday, May 10. We drove up from Portland, stopping at the Kalaloch Lodge for lunch, visited Ruby Beach, and then walked the Hall of Mosses at the Hoh Rainforest. Arriving at the Manitou Lodge at about 6:30 pm made it the perfect stopping point on our drive around the 101 loop.... More

We had the pleasure of staying at the Manitou on April 11, 2013. What a cozy retreat!! We stayed in the Pocahontas room, with private access to the wrap around porch that is surrounded by the forests of large mossy trees and the greenest green foliage I have ever seen! So quiet and peaceful...we went in their off season so... More

I was looking for a place to stay in the area to make an early morning low tide hike at Rialto Beach and happened across Manitou and I'm so glad I did. Everything was super clean and cozy. Hanging out in the great room sipping cocoa and tea by the fireplace was a nice way to end the evening. And... More

We had the lodge to ourselves as we were traveling mid week during the off season and we felt right at home. There is no shortage of games and entertainment to enjoy in the main lodge in the event that you get caught in the rain or just want to relax in the main lodge. There were many complimentary items... My family recently stayed at Manitou for two nights and really enjoyed it. My boys (ages 8 and 10) and our dog loved being able to explore the surrounding woods, and we all loved relaxing in the big lodge room in the evening -- playing games, drinking cider and cocoa, and (one night) enjoying burgers from one of the only... We couldn't have been more happy with our stay at Manitou Lodge. The level of care is present in the loving attention to detail all throughout the property. The ambiance of the great room is quite charming, and our stay in the Sacagawea room made us feel as comfortable as if in our own home, the bed was sooo comfy.... More
