We were extremely tired after hiking and camping and came to Misty Valley with only an hour's warning. It was really akin to stepping into a fairy tale. We found a beautiful house with a view of the valley, flowers, adorable animals and birds, cakes on trays and English tea cups. The owner met us like dear guests and noted... More

A welcoming location with comfortable rooms and nice food. Enjoyed the hot tub after a strenuous day of hiking. If there was a slight disappointment in the morning, even with a superb breakfast, there were no elk as normal in the valley below us (it was hunting season, so the elk were hiding). No TV in the room made for... More

My partner and I decided to try this nicely appointed B&B right outside Forks as a basecamp for exploring the coastal beaches and beautiful forests of the Olympic Peninsula. One of the biggest shocks (aside from the beautiful vistas) was the superb level of customer service we received at the Misty Valley Inn. We stayed in the Dutch Room which... More

This is a lovely, friendly, well-equipped B & B. The room (English) was beautifully fitted out, as was the associated bathroom. The hostess Marcia, made us very welcome, and made us feel totally at home. The breakfast was marvellous, the best one we have had for a long time. The early morning wake-up with a hot drink was perfect. We... More

I had a 1 bedroom suite with a large kitchen and living room. Altogether, there was lots of space and the room was clean and didn't have any dingy smell as you often find in this very wet part of the world. I would stay there again if the price were right.

In a word, Lovely. Marcia our hostess was the best, friendly and helpful. The landscaping is beautiful overlooking a valley that has mist in the morning. At our excellent breakfasts we enjoyed watching the birds, chipmunks and douglas squirrels feeding. We stayed 3 nights and had 3 different rooms, the Dutch room is the best with a private balcony and... More

The home sits in an awesome setting. The yard is beautifully landscaped and the views are incredible. Upon arrival, Rachel greeted us with a warm welcome. She gave us a tour of the common areas of the home and took us outside to where the hot tub was for use. The view out the backside of the house is positively... More

Words can not express how amazing this place was. My fiancé and I got the Dutch room on 10/11/14 and we were greeted with a warm and friendly welcoming! The Dutch room is the nicest of all rooms, it has its own deck that over looks forest. The bed sheets were soo nice and the bed itself was plush and... More

What a wonderful spot. The patios were filled with flowers and comfortable seating with a great view. Our room was cozy and welcoming and our bath was gorgeous. Flip flops and robes were provided. John, one of the owners, showed us around, took our wake-up time and our order for breakfast. Loads of local information was provided as were desserts... More

My husband and I enjoyed our stay there. We were very impressed with the menu choices for the breakfast (not common to offer food options in most B&Bs). The mushroom omelet was delicious and the oatmeal and multi berries pancakes were not just delicious but giant. There were also delicious poached apples and freshly baked cinnamon rolls with your choice... More
