We stayed in the Seacrest House and had an absolutely gorgeous, ocean-view suite complete with wood-burning fireplace. Stayed with my husband and two teenaged sons - and we all had a fantastic time. The fireplace was a huge hit as was the proximity to the ocean. We dined at the main lodge and had a delicious breakfast complete with a... More

This is a great place to stay and use as a base from which to explore the Olympic Peninsula. The cabin's are nice if a bit basic and the fact that there are no TV's is a bonus - you come here to explore, not sit in your room..! However the lack of any Wi-Fi and very spotty cell reception... More

The lodge and rooms are comfortable if basic. The real draw here is the beach and the surrounding area. The beach below the lodge, and the beaches just up the coast, are lovely assuming you are dressed for the weather which can be wet and blustery but there are few people which adds to the enchantment. Also nearby is the... More

Kalaloch lodge was a great place to escape city life, experience the winter weather next to the ocean and eat excellent food and receive top service. We had a cabin right on the cliff edge and although basic inside it had everything we needed and of course a log burner. Double bed not the most comfortable but only a small... More

First, my wife and I always travel in off season. We like the lack of crowds and are willing to put up with bad weather (bring raincoats and a good book!!). We also book specific rooms - usually high end. So, the Kalaloch Lodge offered it all; no crowds, lots of rain, and an absolutely wonderful room. The Overly suite... More

Kalaloch Lodge and cabins combine rugged, beautiful land and seascapes with comfortable surroundings and phenomenal food and drink. It's the perfect place to unwind, unplug, get reacquainted with nature, and truly relax.

The location was beautiful with amazing ocean views- both high tide and low tide were wonderful to see. The cabins were lovely with lofty vaulted ceilings, cozy beds, and the wood burning stove. The restaurant staff were delightful (especially the breakfast staff), with good food and a large selection of local wines and beers. I highly suggest getting toast, because... More

Kalaloch is a wonderful and secluded property on an amazing beach in a very remote part of the State of Washington. Don't miss Ruby Beach a few miles north of Kalaloch and Quinalt Lake 45 minutes south.

We bought extra wood, and had a lovely sunset campfire on the grey, cool, windy beach. The ocean is just a short walk away, down the steps cut into the bluff. That is the reason to stay here--the marvelous ocean. Plenty of wet sandy beach to walk on, seagulls wading, feeding. The sound of the ocean all night long, excellent! The... More

We spent 2 nights here during a very windy storm. It is right on the Pacific with great views of the beach. The electricity went out for most of Saturday and they moved us to a cabin with a wood stove so we could stay warm. We did not ask to move, maintenance knocked on the door and asked us... More
