Beautiful surroundings, fantastic views, cozy cabin with a wood stove. A beach that goes for miles. Very friendly staff. No phones or tv which was nice. Lots of games at your disposal. It was the highlight of our trip to the Northwest. Hope to go back.

Kalaloch Lodge is the best place to stay for those who are visiting the coastal section of Olympic National Park. It provided us with easy access to the beaches we wanted to visit. We loved the view, the cabin, and the food at the lodge. The employees at the lodge were quite friendly and welcoming. Wonderful!

Although somewhat desolate, this is an amazing place to spend a few days. The lodge was our base camp while visiting the ONP beaches & Hoh Rainforest. The cabins are very cosy and include wood stoves. We were here in September so we could open the windows and listen to the ocean while we slept. We spent an entire day... More

We loved the views and enjoyed our meal. The staff was great. The ocean was beautiful and easily accessible to get to the beach. The cabins were quite small and we had difficulty with that. We thought the price was too high for the size of the cabins.

We stayed in cabin L30 which was an interesting place. Although for the price of $250. a night for a non-view cabin you would think this billion dollar corporation could spring for a bathroom remodel. The lights above the mirror were so old they were rusted. I have never seen a “peeling” toilet seat nor do I want the pleasure... More

Kalaloch Lodge was beautiful. Absolutely amazing views and lots of exploring along the beach. The cabins are great and very cozy. The one we stayed in featured a well equipped kitchen, wood stove, two beds and a futon. The lodge area includes a restaurant which offered a very nice menu for all meal periods. A favorite of ours was the... More

Great views, good lunch. Right off the highway for easy access. I was so excited by the pretty lodge and wonderful beach views. At the restaurant we were greeted with a big smile and I asked for an outside deck table. The waitress told us if we sat on the deck we'd have to order take out and then eat... More

From the perspective of a long-time visitor to Kalaloch lodge, here what you get: * An unparalleled setting in the Olympic National Forest. * Easy access to beaches as beautiful as they are varied: from plains of sand to seastacks to tidal pools. * Facilities which belong to the place. The cabins don't clash with the surrounding. It's rustic-ish: you're... More

Kalaloch Lodge has a fantastic location on the Pacific and Kalaloch Creek. The wide beach, the driftwood, the experience of observing a sea otter and several river otters was amazing, as was the sunset. The lodge strongly stresses relaxation, no Wifi, very spotty mobile phone coverage - good. However, the overall experience did not quite measure up to the advertisement.... More

I love this place. The beach is stunning, the cabins cozy, amazing sunsets and storms and the sound of the waves and birds promote rest and sleep. But there are a few things to be aware of: choose cottages and rooms carefully. Not all have views nor good reading chairs or lights. If you or folks your traveling with have... More
