VIP Brian M was great! Room less than average, but also inexpensive, only one elevator worked and slow. Worst NW casino and will spread the word! dirty, Smokey. only found one of 6 machines that could cash slot ticket, the rest were out of order. went to concert and played slots, tried to cash out our tickets when we returned... The hotel room itself was good. No problems there in my NON-smoking room. But upon checking in, I heard a woman complaining that her smoking room was disgusting and she wanted to switch. But Fleetwood Mac was playing the Tacoma Dome, which I was seeing, so the place was full. So unless you absolutely must smoke in your room, avoid... More

I have been in smoky casino's and hotel rooms before but this one went to a whole other level. The price was average as compared to other hotels in the area. The smoke first hits you as you walk in to the building. Check in was quick, staff very courteous and professional. Upon entrance to room 414 there appeared to... More

hotel room was ok, but toilet paper roll stuck, window was open and heater didnt work right. I finally learned to turn it all the way off, then back on to just before or past where it was before, if it didnt work in 15 minutes try again with slightly different ending. It only took me 1.5 hours to find... More

I bought a free night's stay at this hotel from a charity auction. It was one of the most expensive mistakes of my life. The hotel is adequate--a refurbished Best Western. The problem is that it sits atop a tribal casino. I thought I could relive that "Vegas experience" without the plane flight. Thus began a very expensive stay, which... More

The casino is pretty good. I don't win at any casino so nothing new at the Emerald Queen. The hotel is outdated but the room appeared clean. I didn't have a problem with any of the staff like I read on other reviews. Actually I have stayed here twice and both times I was treated very well. If you play... More

I have never felt so unwelcome at any casino before this one. Came here to check out the dining options as there wasn't much in the area. Security questioned and treated us with suspicion at every turn, even though we were just trying to find our way around. They insisted we leave our small backpacks in the car. Very poor... More

This place is the most soul sucking place you could spend your night. The staff looks like depression is a requirement. The air is sooo heavy with smoke I took my boots, coat, and pants and left them outside before I came back into my house. I used their ATM for cash and I got charged $4.50 in all to... More

This hotel is truly one of the worst that I have every stayed at. My girlfriend and I were staying here because she was working at the Puyallup Gun Show and we were going to two concerts that weekend. When we arrived the first thing we noticed was the smoke in the casino. I should add that in an ex... More

My friend and I got tickets to the MMA fight at the EQC and got a room as well. I have stayed here several times before and the rooms are nothing fancy but they are always clean and updated with 42 inch LG flat screens with HD. We had some other friends meet us in the room since the rooms... More
