1. Despite having a printout of our reservation confirmation, they claimed that we had no reservation and they wouldn't honor the rate that we reserved the room at. 2. There was no coffee made at the continental breakfast. 3. There weren't even enough outlets to plug in their desk light. 4. Each day of our stay our key card stopped... more

We rented room 102 for 2 nights, because it said it had a handicapped room, 2 queen beds and a 2 person pull out bed. My children could,nt even sleep on the pull out bed it was so dangerous and dirty. The queen beds were so hard we had trouble sleeping on them. My mother in law found a hair... more

WE asked when we got ther if the pool water temp. was good. the response was if u like swimming in mud & they laughed!! The room smelled moldy & the carpets were stained. stay away!! more

Absolutley Disgusting!!! I checked in at 10 pm tired from driving, only to find a girl in the lobby asleep on the couch! No desk attendant, and a burning cigarette in a mug on the table in front of the couch with the sleeper! I stood there for approx. 5 min or so and finally decided to wake the sleeping... more
