I selected this hotel to use as an airport hotel-- one to arrive late and leave early. The hotel is a standard Courtyard in many aspects; the internet connection in the room is free; there is 'storefront' where you can purchase overpriced items to eat or use. This particular hotel boasted a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport, which... More

The Marriott is normally fine, but I would advise avoiding the hotel until September 2010 when construction is complete. It's one thing to detour into the hotel through the back, but the noise here is obnoxious. I'm wearning earplugs and it is still irritating.

Staff was friendly. Our rate was to include breakfast and when I confirmed with the front desk they said they didn't have it in the system. I showed them my confirmation and the manager came out and quickly apologized and said she would take care of it. The next morning the breakfast was really worth it, full hot buffet. Our... More

We scheduled a meeting and then canceled to hold it at another location. I thought it strange that the entire booking process was done out of San Francisco? Anyway they charged us a $500 cancellation fee, which was a first for us, we do over 400 meeting a year but that was fine. I got a call from one of... More

Average hotel in Federal Way. The best feature is the fitness center which has new machines. Free interenet was good too. The front desk staff is friendly as well. The hotel is OK, nothing special, nothing really bad either. My room had a lovely freeway view :-). The bed was a little stiff and housekeeping didn't seem very good. Lots... More

This hotel was absolutely fine, and just what I expected. The amenities were nice, if not overly extravagant, parking and freeway access was good, and the rooms were spotlessly clean. We were there attending a small conference, and the food provided, as well as the service, was great. My bed was very comfortable. My single complaint is that their internet... More

I researched a lot before booking a hotel on our way to Mt Rainier. This is the most perfect place to stay. Mt Rainier is 1 hr 40 minutes drive from here. There are lots and lots of eating places nearby this restaurant. Dennys, Ihop, Wendys, Panera bread .. you name it and it's there for breakfast. For lunch and... More

Stayed one night on the way to Seatlle. This is a very nice hotel for the price. My brother-in-law was traveling with my husband and I, so we stayed in a suite. Even though it was a Saturday night, the cost was very reasonable. They do not serve a free continental breakfast, but there are numerous restuarants in close proximity.... More

Hotel is very conveniently located by I-5, so it is easy and quick to get to (and from). Rooms facing the freeway do get some noise, but as I also had Mt Rainier view, I was OK with some steady freeway hum. Room and bathroom were clean, standard set up. Bed was not amazing, but confortable enough. Definitely a bit... More

This is a fine, unpretentious hotel that delivers good service. Although it has the feel of many other Marriott hotels, it excels with good and attentive staff. When something went amiss during our 2-day stay, the manager stepped in to win me over as a valued customer. Highy recommended accomodation at a great price.
