As we were traveling home to Oregon from Orcas Island, our plans were to catch the Amtrak train in Everett. However, the ferry off the island was over an hour late, causing us to miss our train. So we unexpectedly had to stay the night in Everett. We quickly had to find someplace clean, safe, inexpensive, and close to the... More

Well located on the way into Everett. Good parking; front desk very helpful including ideas as to where to eat in the evening. Room was clean and well furnished, with everything that we needed including a microwave (very useful if needing to heat water for a cup of tea rather than coffee). According to the receptionist the complimentary breakfast was... More

The bed was SO comfortable - the rooms were clean - the location was good - and the price was okay. It was a place to rest our tired bodies after a long flight home. I would stay away from a 1st floor room as the parking lot was a little noisy in the EARLY morning. The breakfast was not... More

Everything was OK until i checked my bank statement online and seen that they charged me a extra 100 to my card...we go to the front office only to be treated like we were DUMB and should of known that this is what they do put a hold on your card and when you check out it will go back... More

Hi Bobbie, I apologize for the inconvenience you had experienced due to the hotel policies of incidental charges/authorizations. As I had explained upon your check out all hotels charge or rather authorize a set amount to cover any incidentals you may have while staying at a hotel such as movie rentals, long distance calls etc..., i.e. we have a $50... The short version: Clean rooms and bathrooms, pet friendly, and a good breakfast all for under $90. I would consider staying here again. The long version: When we pulled up, the outside was not impressive. It's a long hotel with parking on the side, so it might be worth it to park in the middle, check in, then go get... More

Nice clean, big rooms. Excellent staff, very courteous and helpful. Grounds and interior were clean. Big comfy beds, nice soft pillows. Good tv selections and free wifi in the rooms. Close to the base that we were working at. Easy access to and from the interstate. 10-15 min from the casino...

Walked in and got a good price. Was initially thinking of Comfort Inn about 10 min away near the Premium Outlet but they were charging $139 plus tax. Called BW Cascadia, got quoted $98 plus tax, good deal! Clean and comfortable, excellent breakfast. Wifi was so so, and on and off. Would stay again, definitely.

I was there for a day conference. I walked out of the room on break, looking for an ice machine. Seeing me looking, an hotel executive asked me if I needed help and directed to me to the ice machine quickly. He was dressed in a suit and it obviously not his direct responsiblity to give a guest instructions, so... More

Pros: Nice location. Clean bedding. Higher than average breakfast. Large enough parking lot. Friendly staff. Quiet neighbourhood. Cons: Breakfast room bit small and voice level of guests high. Back and side door may be a security issue.
