Clean hotel close to freeway. The rooms are average, slightly rundown due to the age of the hotel. Breakfast was basic and served in the mornings from roughly 6-9am. Rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. Some updating has been done to add stone countertops in the bathroom, and new linens in the bedroom. Do n't stay here rooms are disgusting and old. Bathroom still had hair from guest. Free breakfast was so disgusting we went elsewhere and paid. Fitness centre was ajoke. Beds were rock hard, kids wanted to sleep on the floor but it was too dirty. This is a 1 star hotel charging 3 star prices.

This hotel is highly recommended. Excellent Value for money. Stay was less than $100 per night. Friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast, easy parking, safe and secure environment, all you need. Good location if you shop at Premium Settle Outlet Stores. Near Highway and gas stations. We had an excellent stay and would return anytime.
