We stayed here for 6 months while my husband worked in the area. Yes, it is tight but very clean, fairly quiet, a friendly staffand actually more spacious than the few other rv parks in the area. Be sure to use laundry room during the day as its very busy at night. The man made lake in the middle makes... More

We are self contained and only stay in RV Parks to dump, fill water, have wifi and TV. Two out of 4 is not worth staying in this park. No TV & no wifi as advertised. If you have a Motor home, good luck as spaces are very crowded! We will never stay here again.

We stayed here with another couple in two motorhomes. The park was very tight and crowded but the other campers were very friendly. I had to repair a couple of items on my tow-car and the staff was very helpful in helping me locate where I could buy some items. The couple that traveled with us were not able to... More

First they squeeze so many units that you can't even back into your site. Then they lock the office at 8:00 and disappear and leave you to figure out who to ask to move. You can pick a site using late arrival but you won't get the bathroom code until the next morning.

This is a big city park, with what you should expect. Mostly asphalt. The roads, and the sites and between sites are asphalt. There are bushes between most sites, and most of the sites have long term renters living there. We met several folks that live there and all were pleasant. The sites for us short term campers were pull-through,... More

I stayed in this park and will never return again If you're smart, don't stay there, you'll be sorry. Poorly managed, poorly maintained, poor or homeless people use and trash the facilities I paid for. Homeless people come and go in the rv park at will. Complain and you're the bad guy! Management is inadequate, close the office at 7... More

arrived near 2:30 & got one of the last sites...in mid January! Starting to find out that a lot of the 'nicer' RV recommended sites have quite afew long term residents. Clean, easy to locate off the I-5, happy staff...it was nice for a night off the roads. We are heading south from Canada, We like it when the space... More

We stayed here for a night while passing through Seattle. Even though the park is next to a highway it was very quiet. The bathrooms and showers were sparkling clean and quite new. The staff were the friendliest we've encountered in a long time. Although the sites are small we didn't feel crammed in and the park is paved throughout... More

The location of this park was wonderful for what we needed to do in the area. It was a typical urban RV park with folks jammed together but the restrooms were pristine and the hosts friendly. It also was relatively quite considering the density. If you stay here include the Boeing tour. It is nearby and great.

We stayed at this park for 2 months while in Everett for business. It is no frills but kept clean with a very accommodating staff. Spots are tight with some greenery between. The park is surprisingly quiet. This is a great rv park for location.
