The phone at the front desk is not always staffed. I've called to reach a guest at this motel, only to be told that they weren't allowed to forward the phone during lunch hours (2 PM)! At other times I was told this guest wasn't staying there. The unprofessionalism is appalling. more

By all means, avoid the Travelodge Everett City Center. Our room smelled like cat urine, there was black mold growing in the shower, paint was peeling and the floor in the bathroom became mysteriously wet when water was run in the sink. This hotel is run by friendly people. The room we stayed in was very dated (more so than the pictures on Expedia), but very clean, and nothing was broken. So, above average for a basic motel, and we'd stay there again. Very reasonably priced. more
