I have read a lot of the reviews on this hotel which were posted over the summer of 2014. Unlike some reviews I found the room was clean, new carpet and paint. I didn't find it noisy. Overall the stay was a pleasant experience. I would certainly recommend this hotel. Close to the freeway so easy access to and from,... More

Staff is friendly. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Love the pillows. There is a large indoor pool area and good sized pool. Water was a bit cool. Strange hotel layout takes lots of walking if in the back of the property. It was Karoke night in the lounge area and the doors were open so I think... More

Usually stay at a different hotel in Ellensburg but there were a couple of events going on and all hotels were sold out. The staff was absolutely the best, they too were getting booked quickly and I needed to stay for 2 nights, they made it happen even with a computer glitch. The room was basic but clean. Wifi wasn't... More

Stayed here because I went to a concert at the Gorge and we didn't want to camp. I wouldn't say I'm too high brow when it comes to hotels... whenever I travel I often stay at something like a mid-level motel/hotel like this and whenever I went on family vacations growing up, my dad was such a penny pincher that... After spending 3 weeks of 16 hour days in fire camp on the huge Carlton Fire, I was very tired. I was looking for a nice quiet clean room. It took two showers to get all the grime off my body. Wifi was good and quite fast- nice. I got to the motel during "rush hour." I waited past 3... More

I'm not a fan of camping at the Gorge, Ellensburg is one of the closest towns to the Gorge. It was $89 a night in the summer and I guess you get what you pay for. Room was clean, staff was helpful. Bathroom was very dated with some mildew in the shower. Wifi was horrible. Would I stay here again?... More

When we checked into are room we found sink full of water with hair floating in it. Sink would not go down. Told maid in hall. She would report it. No one on duty to fix it. Clerk and maid worked on it and fixed it. Newbie clerk brought rollaway bed up for my son but room had 2 beds.... More

Some good things here. A hot breakfast, a step above continental. A decent pool area. A very convenient location. What knocks this place down is the absolute inability to even have a poor wifi connection, and the complete apathy of the front desk staff to resolve the issue. And let me make this clear....the issue is their systemic fault. None,... More

We stayed here one night. We spent about 21 hours in the room. Although this hotel is probably 40-50 years old, it was very nice. We had a King Suite which was very spacious, except for the bathroom, which was small, but the changing area right outside the bathroom was very large. The bed was comfortable and the wifi worked... Sometimes you just stay in a place and it is profoundly average. We read about some of the reviews that were pretty bad but had no complaints. Not great, not bad. Friendly check in was fine, room seemed clean to us, Wi-Fi worked perfectly and Starbucks in next door. Also, it's 100 American dollars cheaper than the HIE next door.... More
