Other reviews mentioning the hotel's smell and surly staff mirrored our experience. Hotel was warmly recommended by trusted local relatives, but something has gone wrong with this place. I had very good services at other Best Westerns and never have any attitude from the staff. But this one has the worst attitude that you can find in this industry and it was coming from their Customer Service Manager too. Would not use it again and would not recommend it to anyone. STINKS. More

My husband and I came to the area for a funeral. This hotel provided us everything we could have asked for and more. Concierge service to make dinner reservations- early check in- the breakfasts were excellent. We would go out of our way to stay with them again. More

Nothing remarkable to write home about, despite it's great location in beautiful Edmonds. There is a gym nearby (not tried) and cookies in the lobby.
