When I checked in I asked if they held money on my credit card other than my prepayment of my week stay and was told by Sarah the manager "no". They actually do a pre-auth of your entire stay and then charge you thus you have twice the funds unavailable on your card. I asked them to help get the... More

First I must say... guest services was great! The room not so great. The ac unit had graffiti all over it. The comforter had a cigarette stain, the chair, and surprisingly the bathroom sink. Mixed matched pillows. The bed you can definitely tell it needs to be replaced and falling apart. Anyway, I only stayed here because I just needed... More

You get what you pay for here. I was looking for the cheapest place to stay and this was it. The service was great, but the room quality the iffy. The beds were falling apart a little. They advertise a breakfast, but unless you like prepackaged pastries, you'll need breakfast else where. My refrigerator and microwave worked just fine. The... More

No cable, no fridge, no microwave, asked 5 times about cable was told it would be fixed but wasn't in the 3 days we were there. The shuttle was the best part of the stay as it took me away from the motel.

Was woken up two times to a couple screamimg profanity at one another. Hotel staff said they could not do anything about it. Asked for a refund for 2nd night, they refused. Left and stayed at a hotel I felt safe at. Please do not stay at this hotel.

You walk into the room and imediately feel dirty. It's so sparten, worn, and old. And it's not that you see filth everywhere, but it's the kind of room where you don't want to take your clothes off or use the shower. The shower curtain was comical in that it was 2 pieces and opened in the middle like curtains.... More

She had said there was a change in policy. I feel she discriminated against me and my boyfriend. Their rooms are worth even 20 bucks a night. Only 5 channels on their broke down tv's. They happen to be in a high crime area where I witnessed a hooker catching a beat down. Their rooms are not clean to public... More

I stayed there 4 nights early October. I was looking for something cheap and not far from the airport as I was leaving early. The first room I visited did not have a microwave but was nicer. The second one had a microwave (which I needed), two beds (which I did not need) and was more run down. The window... More

Booked online couple of weeks early, couldnt find our reservation when we arrived, booked a one bed, they said they didnt have any left, so gave us a two bed room & told to try to only use 1 bed. Wi-fi was down, waited at airport for nearly 45 minutes for our shuttle. Front desk person was rude too us,... More

Not exactly deluxe, by any stretch, but it was the cheapest airport hotel in Seattle. Cleaner than I expected. The blanket and bedspread were hideous, but I just brush them away anyway. Friendly staff. Good shuttle service. I'd stay here again when I need a quick overnight. There's a great Thai restaurant next door called the Emerald.
