I was in for Seattle for a conference. Apparently, there was a huge convention going on there that many other hotels, motels and inns were already booked. I found this as a place to stay. Great to be greeted promptly and immediately moved me to a non-smoking room when I asked for it. Friendly staff

We made reservations for a one night stay and to park our car for 4 days. Imagine our dismay when we arrived later and were told there wasn't room for us and that we should go to another motel which would honor our quoted price. NOT TRUE. T hey certainly lost us as customers.

I only used this hotel (motel) to leave my car at for over two weeks. Not a particularly good rate. Not a big parking lot like some and in a pretty rough area and hotel seemed really not like a place I would ever stay. I can only comment on the driver who picked us up after we called from... More

Most horrible stay ever!Questionable guests, rooms appeared filthy and the so called breakfast is a joke (cinnamon bun from 7eleven and a cup of coffee-better go to Ihop down the road). Near the airport, rather long distance to Downtown Seattle. Don't visit the Pizza Joint near by-it's horrible.

When I checked in I asked if they held money on my credit card other than my prepayment of my week stay and was told by Sarah the manager "no". They actually do a pre-auth of your entire stay and then charge you thus you have twice the funds unavailable on your card. I asked them to help get the... More

First I must say... guest services was great! The room not so great. The ac unit had graffiti all over it. The comforter had a cigarette stain, the chair, and surprisingly the bathroom sink. Mixed matched pillows. The bed you can definitely tell it needs to be replaced and falling apart. Anyway, I only stayed here because I just needed... More

You get what you pay for here. I was looking for the cheapest place to stay and this was it. The service was great, but the room quality the iffy. The beds were falling apart a little. They advertise a breakfast, but unless you like prepackaged pastries, you'll need breakfast else where. My refrigerator and microwave worked just fine. The... More

No cable, no fridge, no microwave, asked 5 times about cable was told it would be fixed but wasn't in the 3 days we were there. The shuttle was the best part of the stay as it took me away from the motel.

Was woken up two times to a couple screamimg profanity at one another. Hotel staff said they could not do anything about it. Asked for a refund for 2nd night, they refused. Left and stayed at a hotel I felt safe at. Please do not stay at this hotel.

You walk into the room and imediately feel dirty. It's so sparten, worn, and old. And it's not that you see filth everywhere, but it's the kind of room where you don't want to take your clothes off or use the shower. The shower curtain was comical in that it was 2 pieces and opened in the middle like curtains.... More
