Booked on booking.com and got a good price. Outside looks shabby but the room was clean and comfortable. Even had a flat screen and wifi was free. Not a bad deal at all for the price I paid. Easy access to I-5 in the morning.

Everyone else was wanting a king's ransom in the area for a room. They were reasonable on price and the room was quite clean. Had a little trouble with the tv as it was on the wrong input but it was great for the price.

My family and I had a room at this place. Immediately upon entering the office I knew I should've turned and ran. I didn't and I wish I would've. The man was rude and hard to understand. He then tried to charge me for my two children which I had already confirmed in the reservations were staying with us hence... More

How did I end up in this place? I'm a faithful reader of tripadvisor. I let myself down! Initially my review was going to be SCATHING but as a week has passed, I realize that my main complaint is that it was hotter than blazes in the room and there was no air conditioning. My calmer self also realized that... More

The room was clean, but the air conditioner didn't work, the fridge didn't work-they did replace it. The tiles on the bathroom floor were loose and the grout coming up and cutting your feet when you were in. The bathroom door was all chipped and a big hole in the bathroom wall. There was no phone, no coffee pot,or a... More

Some of the furniture looked okay, but the linens and shower curtain were stained and the rest of the room was so worn it was hard to tell if it was clean. There was no coffee pot, clock, phone, and we had to unplug the tv to plug in the fridge. The door had a big dent on the front... More

This was the best place for a decent price in the seatac area. I went online to their website and payed less than on booking.com. Easy to get in and out, the furniture was all practically brand new, and the room was clean, the flat screen was a plus, the wifi was really good. No shuttle service but cheaper and... More

My family has been here since Oct. 2010. I have nothing bad to say at all. The manager and his wife are lovely people. Any time we have had a problem they have gone above and beyond to fix it. The room is always clean and the housekeeping always very nice. The owner really cares about his property and customers.... More

This place needs remodeled. The furniture is old and very worn, some of it falling apart. The floors are stained, have panels under the carpet missing... There is at least on thing broken, stained, missing, or non-functioning in every room. It is dirty and nasty, and Im pretty sure the owner hates women.
