The lobby of this motel is definitely deceptive-makes you think you are walking into a great little place. Got my room key to head up to an outside entry room - open the door and BAM - smell of urine smacks me immediately. Usually this is my warning to flee but rooms were in short supply at the time. Long... More

Stayed here awhile ago. I was very pregnant, tired, and cold. Got to my room wanting to get warm after working outside all day. Heater was broken. Asked for new room and told there weren’t any, not even a space heater. Front counter suggested I look to see if other hotels had availability. This was at 9:00pm. Again, I was... More

I arrived late, and wasn't sure if I could get a room. In fact, the hotel was full when I got to the reception desk. The lady at the front desk was super understanding about me being on the road all day and went and cleaned a room that someone had checked out of early that morning. She went above... More

Was in a hurry to get home from boise ID to kingston WA and the pass was closed so we found a good priced hotel that looked amazing on the travel site I was on so we decide to rent a room here. When I walked in the newly remodeled hotel was very inviting and had a great atmosphere. They... More

If you are looking for a place to spend a night or two while in the area, I can't recommend this place highly enough. I have stayed at the Timber Lodge enough nights to confidently encourage anyone passing through the area to give this place a try. The rates are very affordable (cheaper than the franchise sleep-factories you'll find elsewhere),... More

Even with all the lights turned on, the room was still dark. But not enough not to notice the carpets that definitely could use cleaning. The sheets and towels were thin, but clean. The breakfast that was included consisted of coffee and stale-looking bagels and such. We will not stay there again!

If I couldn't find another place to stay in Cle Elum, I would go here again, but it's not my first choice. Dated property, room was clean but old, wifi never worked and some of the rooms have outside entrances, which isn't my thing. They offer the average continental breakfast and the property is within walking distance to everything in... More

Timber Lodge is a nice, pet-friendly motel not too far from Seattle. Our pet-friendly room was upstairs on one end. The room itself was very clean and the beds were quite comfortable. The television was a very small, older model housed in an extremely large cabinet. There was a refrigerator and a microwave. The bathroom tub does collect hair as... More

The Timber Lodge has a nice homey feel. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well-furnished for a motel at a low-to-moderate price. Cle Elum is a nice little town. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

Room was clean and spacious. It had everything we needed for our one night stay on the way to the San Juan Islands. Cle Elum was a good half way stopping point. The staff was was efficient and friendly. Morning breakfast was not big but just enough to start out the day. This is our second time staying at the... More
