The B&B was nicely decorated, and the common room and kitchen area are comfortable. The owner's quarters are completely separate. Sandy was very charming and prepared a great breakfast each morning (be sure to ask for her homemade sweet rolls!). Our smaller queen bed room (The "Northwest Room") worked fine for two nights with a half bath and sharing a... More

We were desperate for a place to stay prior to our hike to Shi Shi Beach on the Makah Indian Reservation. Fortunately for us Sandy, our hostess, had just had a cancellation. We were warmly greeted, the house is immaculate, comfortable and very homey. We took the small room with two twin beds for $85 a night which included a... More

My friend and I were going to the Neah Bay area and farther west and we wanted to stay in a place nearby. We reserved our room for 2 nights for $125 a night. Our room had a double (queen?) bed and a single bed as well as a private bathroom which had a shower as well as a separate... More

Pulled up and there was sandy doing the gardening out front of the house. We had the Northwest room which was a little small but since we were the only guests we had free roam of the first floor. The deck was outstanding with the sun going down and the wine and cheese just made it so romantic. Sandy had... More

We stayed so that it wouldn't be a long drive to go to Cape Flattery. Glad we did because I passed the places that I had also been looking at to book before I came across Winter Summer. The price was reasonable compared to the other establishments in the area, The home was very nice - Decor very nice. I... More

We enjoyed our impromptu stay, and the inn proprietor was very pleasant and accommodating. Our suite and the porch/deck overlooked the Sound, and we could hear the waves at night which was delightful. The private batch, kitchen and seating area were clean and cozy. It was a very nice experience.

A real diamond - the only place to stay in Clallam Bay! Our hostess was friendly, accommodating, the rooms were clean, breakfast was huge and delicious. A beautiful patio in the backyard overlooking a river and the strait was the icing on the cake! Thank-you, Sandy!

I normally am not much of a fan of B&B's, but Sandy at the Winter Summer Inn may just change my mind. Options for a stay in the area are extremely limited if you aren't camping, or heading to a fishing resort, and especially if you are only looking for one night's stay. WSI is definitely the place to go... More

This B and B is right on route 112, a windy road along the north shore of the Olympic Peninsula. Clallam is an old village next door to Sekiu, a fishing mecca. Winter Summer Inn looks run down with a plant covered porch right on 112. But step in the doors to a lovely, homey atmosphere. If you get the... More

The setting is wonderful to sit out on the deck and watch the sunset or the newly hatched little ducklings swim by. We arrived later in the evening and our host Sandy had an emergency come up and her wonderful neighbor Donovan greeted us and made us feel very welcomed. There was another couple staying as well and we immediately... More
