Me and my wife went to Lake Chelan with our 15 months daughter. We stayed at Darnell's Lake Resort and really liked it. We stayed on the second floor and our room had a lake view. Our family just came back from our first vacation at Lake Chelan. We were looking for a vacation where we could just get away and relax. We found Darnell's and booked it primarily because the other resort - Campbells was already booked full when we made our reservations. Couldn't get into Campbells..so booked Darnells..really the only other choice you have for a family style resort on Lake Chelan. While they are very strict in terms of check in and check out..the facilities are wonderful. We walked through Campbells..maybe the rooms are nicer but the facilities at Darnells are better. A pool, a hot tub, the lake, a trampoline... more
