This B and B has three rooms available. We were in the smallest. It's clean and neat, bathroom is an ensuite with a shower. HDTV in the room, air conditioned, close to downtown, walking distance to the municipal park on the beach. Breakfast smelled so good in the morning it woke us up! We were looking for a reasonably priced... More

So the Well Made is not a place to go if you are looking for a five star hotel. It is in a quiet, modest neighborhood, close to the city park. It reminds me of visiting my aunts and uncles as a child. Warm, welcoming, maybe a little kitschy. We stayed in the Romance room, more than one time through... More

It was quiet and clean. Important to know there is no view (my room looked out on the neighbor's house) and the room was smaller than it appears in photos. Breakfast was really good but arrived 20 minutes late which was important since we were catching a boat. We had to gulp it down and run. Okay place but $120.00... More

Great place to stay. Room was a little pricey, but it was our anniversary so it was good. Breakfast at 9 gives you enough time to sleep in, and the homemade food was delicious. It was easy to pay with a card, they have a little tool for a tablet that swipes your card. Easy to deal with too; i... More

We just returned from a month long road trip through the Pacific Northwest Area - mainly Washington State. I had made reservations for the entire trip almost a year ago. Then a month ago, I reconfirmed all the reservations. All of the 14 places we stayed worked out perfectly EXCEPT --- When we arrived at the Well Made B&B in... More

Stayed here one night in mid August, 2013 and found the accommodation to fall a bit short of our expectations. The room was on the 3rd floor and had one queen and one single bed in it, a dresser and a few decorations. No chairs or tables, a TV set that was from the dark ages hanging on a wall... More

This is a great place to stay in Chelan, Washington if you're looking for something reasonably priced, comfortable and within a short walk or drive to downtown. It's also a short drive to the Lady of the Lake Boat Tours and the owners are willing to serving an early, full breakfast so you can catch the 8:30 boat. The owners... More

I am a little surprised at the negative reviews I am reading. My husband and I stayed at the Well Made B&B this past week, and we were really happy there. Agreed, this is not a fancy place; if you are looking for little specialty shampoo bottles and brand new facilities, you should not stay here, but if you want... More

I never had the chance to stay at my grandmother's house, but I am sure this is what it would have been like. We stayed in the 'Romance' room, the most expensive and 'elaborate' -- the walls are painted dark red, the canopy bed has a lacy thing that hangs down and alarms you at night when you get up,... We have had hundreds of guests stay in the Romance Room. Almost without fail, they are charmed by the room decor. Christa however compared the room to a home in which she admit she's never stayed. This is an unfair comparison. Her review did not address any real concerns or complaints about our facility or amenities, but instead revealed nothing... More

If you are allergic to cats, do not stay here. Cats were in our room and in the common area when we arrived. We were told the price for the room would be $75, they charged us $95 when it was time to leave. If you do not mind cats this would be a nice place to stay. The breakfast... More

I'm sorry these guests had an unpleasant stay. Yes, we do have cats. We don't allow them in the B&B, but they are, after all cats and manage to get in now and then. Occasionally, our cat-loving guests will even 'adopt' one for the duration of their stay. Knowing this, our rooms are thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed after each guest.... More
