The rooms are completely remodeled and are fantastic! Flat screen TV, Murphy Beds, extremely comfortable beds and not to mention AMAZING views of the lake! If you are coming to Chelan, this is definitely the place to stay. I have stayed there for a long period of time in the winter months and it was just as nice with the... more

My husband’s company chose Lake Chelan and the GrandView on the Lake for their annual team party location. The Walcker family and staff carried out every requested detail for the event. All the guests were thrilled with their fabulous rooms and the beauty of the resort and are in hopes that future team celebrations can be held at the GrandView... more

You can't choose a more picturesque place to stay than the Grandview. Our room was beautiful, comfortable and clean. It was nice to have the choice of making a quick bite in the room or taking a short walk to town to check out the scene and have a nice dinner. It is so fun to walk out the door... more

Great place to vacation. We have been going there for almost 20 years and have loved every single one of them. The remodel is gorgeous. Can't wait till it is done. Close to downtown, grocery store (Safeway) and the City Park. You can walk almost everywhere you want to go. Don't miss the museum downtown, lot's of interesting things. more

The woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful, but it could not make up for the utter disaster of a hotel. Instead of a total renovation, they should detonate the place and start over from scratch. I would recommend camping rather than staying at this place. more

Reserved 2 night stay, but ending up having to cancel. I called to cancel reservation within the required timeframe and they said ok, no problem. Credit card statement came and they charged me for both nights anyways! Called and talked to them about it and they refused to credit me back the $500! more

The remodel that has taken place is quite nice. For the price though I would expect larger units and better lake access. Two adults and two teenage children in a standard one bedroom unit was a bit close. The bedroom isn't that large and the kids had to share space in the living room. The decor is quite nice; updated... more

The exterior and the current reception area make you wonder what you've gotten yourself into, but hold your first impression until you get inside your room (assuming you have lake view). The condo-hotel rooms are lovely and practical. The view is OUTSTANDING. We looked over the sundeck and lake swimming area. Lots of nice people. Families play games and play... more

While the condo/hotel concept has contributed to nicely appointed rooms, this resort remains a party place. The volume and inappropriate language of partying guests made it nearly impossible to enjoy the pool or balcony with our children. more
