Can't complain. Fun was had by all. But... this is NOT your place for last minute vacations. As a local family, we decided last minute to join some friends for a fun filled night of sliding and questing. We had checked prices online three days prior to arrival and they were within the normal range. Then we called to book... More

We took a weeklong roadtrip from Northern CA to the Olympic National Park and Seattle. Since we were doing about 32 hours in the car over 7 days we thought Great Wolf Lodge would be a great way for the kids to get a break from the car and blow of some steam. We drove directly from Northern CA to... More

Great Wolf Lodge is all fun and very kid focused. The rooms are great. The waterpark is fun. Its very safe--lifeguards everywhere. I can't really add much to the other reviews. We'll be back. That said, the place is not cheap and there are all sorts of ways to spend it. Come with a full wallet and plan to spend.... More

I just attended a business trip and the family came along. The grand lobby was incredible and did a great job of setting the tone. We were given wristbands that opened our door and allowed us to charge to our room. When we got to our room an odor was apparant in the hallways and in our room. I realized... More

We took our granddaughters (6 and 8) to Great Wolf Lodge for a short vacation. I thought it would be kind of corny, but the combination of good service and fun activities made it very enjoyable. I expected to spend most of the time in the water park, but spent most of the time playing the Magic Quest game. Magic... More

We got in a little before 4pm and had no trouble checking in (checked in on a Thursday). Front desk was great and quick. Went up to our room and the kids loved the bunk beds in the wolf den. The bathroom is TINY! The beds are HORRIBLE!!!!! The queen size bed seemed tiny and the edges are so hard... More

Yes I found a Bed bug crawling on me! I captured it and brought it to the Front desk to show them, but they denied that it was one they did however upgraded my room. Found Many hairs in the linens. Waterpark was fun. Go off site for better priced food.

I went to Great wolf Lodge with my husband and our 4 kids (ages 6,4,3,and2). I think I bit off more than I could chew doing this trip. We checked in at 2 pm and our room was ready with our son's birthday package in the room, it was nice the room was ready. Room: I had the kid cabin... More

There were 6 of us, including a teenager and a toddler. Check-in and Check-out: During check-in, we asked for an upgrade to their grand-bear suite, which has a separate bedroom and bathroom, in addition to two queen beds and a pull out sofa. To our surprise, we were upgraded for free! The service desk was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Room... More
