Staff were well organised, kids loved it. A well run business from a customer perspective. A little expensive, but I would go back. They should ask Starbucks for assistance on selecting the room coffee. The room coffee was the only complaint my wife could come up with.

We visited the Great Wolf Lodge for two nights beginning August 15th 2011. We arrived early just after 1 pm and they were able to get us checked into our room (check in is 4 pm). The hotel appeared to be at/near capacity but everything ran smoothly. Our 5 1/2 year old daughter loved the water park and the hotel... More

It is a great place for kids. Before I get there I'm worried if the beds are comfortable. But they are so good! Comfort and clean. Check-in at mid-week is fast and my room is ready at 1 p.m. so we get change and go get wet. My kid don't want to leave, me too. It would be even better... More

We found this place was located in the middle of our long trip, we didn't know much about it, but my husband booked us a night. My 2 and 4 year old kids had a blast. Not only just the water park, but the wonderful arcade, the beautiful room (kiddy cabin, worth the upgrade) the good food, the storytime, the... More

Overall the Great Wolf Lodge is a place for kids to have a good time. As adults it was decent and I'd definitely go back again to play with my children. The reviewers on Tripadvisor that complain about this and that seem to forget that it's a place for kids to play. We checked in very quickly and the front... More

We stayed at the Great Wolf for one night and 2 days. You have to check out at 11 AM, but we appreciated the fact that we could stay for the whole day at the waterpark, etc. and then shower in the hospitality room before leaving. We checked in at 4 PM and since our room was on the 1st... More

Got ready for bed, pulled back sheets, found a pair of women's underwear. Absolutely disgusting. No apology from front desk, couldn't get a hold of manager until the following day, only house keeping came up to change sheets. When we did talk to manager he only offered $50 off room. Seriously a $500 room and he generously offered to knock... More

I am disappointed to hear about the issues you experienced during your stay. I agree that an unclean room is unacceptable and I am sorry that you had to deal with that. I’m also sorry for the apparent lack of customer service. We train all of our employees and expect them to provide top notch service. Your feedback will be... More

My wife and I took my sister, brother-in-law, two nephews, and one niece to Great Wolf Lodge for 2 nights. I opted for the Grizzly Bear Suite to accomodate all of us together. The room was great - very large, clean, and comfortable. One issue was that the primary bathroom didn't have a tub, and the kids needed a tub.... More

We went to Great Wolf Lodge in Grand Mound, Washington for my son's 5th birthday. We stayed in one of their most expensive suites as we had 5 adults and 2 kids and wanted to be together (they don't have adjoining rooms). When you first hear the price (around $500/night on a weekend in peak season), you might think that... More

Just got back from Great Wolf Lodge. We went with our kids aged 9 & 11. It was a great experience. My daughter enjoyed making the lotion and body spray (1 for $7 or 2 for $10). The arcades were great. The Magiquest was a bit complex for my kids and they gave up after 4 hours. We paid the... More
