I'll get straight to the point as a lot of this has been covered.: - Clean rooms, beds aren't that good though mattress wise. - Had a 6 and 4 year old. Six year old celebrated his birthday so we spent the extra hundred or so for the "Birthday package". Not recommended - basically it's a gift bag with a... more

(My review is for a weekday stay when normal Public school is in session, When reading thru other reviews, I could see the “MADHOUSE” effect occurring with 20x the kids running around). My family stayed at this place for two nights. A 11/3 to 11/5 (Tuesday – Thursday). We had a nice and relaxing time. The water park was amazing!... more

We stayed in a basic Family room with a couple of boys, 11 and 12 years, which was fine for one night. Long story short, all we heard throughout the weekend was, "Awesome!" The waterpark is really the main attraction and the hotel provided us a clean and comfortable place to stay for one night so that we could easily... more

The waterpark is the main attraction at Great Wolf Lodge- Grand Mound, WA. I am glad to hear that your children had an AWESOME vacation. I would encourage you to stay in one of the Wolf Dens on your next stay. These suites offer a separate area for the kids with bunk beds and their own TV. In my personal...

Upon arrival to the packed hotel, we were given our water park pass bracelets so that we could enjoy the park instead of standing in line to check in. At the time, I was 7 months pregnant, and we brought our almost 6 year old and 2.5 year old. they had a water zone to accommodate everyone. people with and... more

Funny how management only response to the positive comments made on this site. The harsh reality too much to deal with? We stayed at the GWL to surprise our son who turned 8 on the day we arrived. He and his tive-year-old twin sister and brother totally loved the water park and spent a good part of 4 hours up... more

We do try to respond to all feedback – positive or negative and appreciate you taking the time to voice your concerns. I am very disappointed to hear that your family did not have a great time. It sounds like you may have stayed with us during a very busy time. I must say that I am shocked to hear...

Not worth the money. We booked a Kidcabin balcony, got a Kidcabin patio. After talked to the front desk, they sent us to the correct room but had to wait for it. The room is small, lay out is bad. No room to move. Base charge for 6 persons but room only provide 1 queen bed, a sofa bed, bunk... more

We stayed at the Lodge in November 2008 for 2 nights. We ALL enjoyed it immensely. We checked in early at 2pm. Person who checked us in was friendly and accommodating. We booked a Kidcabin suite, but were upgraded to a Grizzly Bear suite at no extra charge. The suite was absolutely AMAZING! The kids (4 of them ranging in... more

We stayed at the Great Wolf Lodge for one night on September 12, 2009. The four of us stayed in a family suite and the room was clean and an adequate size for the four of us. We arrived about 2:30 p.m. and our room was ready for us, which was a nice surprise! After checking into our room and... more

We went for a one night stay with our 2 kids (ages 7 and 9) The waterpark was great- lots of fun slides to choose from, a good small kids area and a fun wave pool. The waterpark seemed clean and well attended by life guards. My only issue with the waterpark was the bathrooms- very small with no real... more

This was actually our second trip to Great Wolf Lodge, and we had a fun time. There is just SO much to do! The water park is large, very clean, and full of safe, fun rides. Rides are mostly aimed at the 5-13 year-olds...teenagers would probably get bored quickly, but parents will still have a blast. Always plenty of towels,... more

Thank you for choosing to return to Great Wolf Lodge- Grand Mound, WA. I am glad to hear that your family had another GREAT visit. Isn't Magi-Quest a really neat, interactive game? Hopefully you are all Master Magi now. In your blog you mentioned that older children may get bored a bit – that’s the exact reason why we created...
