Our son had non stop fun! He was so excited by all the activities. Click tower show, character greetings, pup pass, arcade, and of course, the water park. (He's 2) Staff was very friendly and accommodating. It can get expensive, but rooms have a microwave and small fridge, so we had a few meals in the room. Negative: at check... More

Stayed at the Great Wolf Lodge while attending business meeting. It was the host hotel. My room was not clean (floor didn't appear to have been vacuumed, small debris resembling crumbs on bed). The overall condition of room was shabby (ripped duvet, large hole in carpet, stained carpet). It's probably enjoyable for children but I do not recommend for business... More

This destination is EXPENSIVE! However, they allow you to check in a 1 pm and you can start playing in the water park. We stayed the night and checked out at 11 am the next morning. GWL allows you to play until 9 pm, so essentially, you pay for one night but you get to play for 2 days! The... More

Stayed here in August for 1 night in a Wolf Den Suite with my wife and 2 kids (aged 9 and 7). The kids absolutely LOVED it. The room had bunk-beds and their own TV. At check-in, both kids got a pair of Wolf Ears that they could wear - it made them even more excited and they felt very... More

My kids love GWL but it is expensive. If you can find a promo code or deal it's worth the trip. There are a variety of rooms from average double bed and couch sleeper to rooms with bunk bed tree houses. We have stayed in both types and prefer the bunk bed treehouse rooms because it gives the adults and... More

We did have a great time. My two teenagers liked everything about the place. The king bed I had was very lumpy and made it hard to sleep. Overnight price was also extremely high so I won't be going there again. There is plenty to do for the kids but the cost of everything was so high. $14.95 for a hamburger... More

Not a cheap way to spend a couple of days with the kids but not a bad value either if you look for sales. We recently took advantage of a short term sale and booked a full two room suite (Two bedrooms plus LR and two baths) for about $350.00 Considering this included two days in the water park It... We were there with a group of teenage girls, so we didn't experience all the resort has to offer because it is geared towards smaller children but we had a great time and the rooms were amazing. They are adding onto the waterpark area with rope climbs that look like a lot of fun. The food was great, a little... More

I fail to see how anyone could give this place more than 2 stars when cosidering the value (unless you just like to virtually burn money.) The Great Wolf Lodge is a classic example of how easily parents like myself will abandon any kind of critical thinking when succumbing to the marketing hype which makes your kids want to go... More

We just returned from our first (and last) visit to Great Wolf Lodge. I was extremely disappointed in the amount of magic, sorcery, etc that is throughout the hotel/resort. I thought I was going to a family experience w/ water park, and kid-themes. I had NO IDEA that there would be such a DARK, sorcery theme throughout the resort. I... More
