Sandhill Cottages is perfect for those who may be disappointed by the fact that the historic lodging at Carson Hot Springs is gone. We recently stayed in Cottage 9. Built in the 30's, it has been largely (but not completely) restored. A full well-equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds and a great shower. The owners are very nice - Jay roasts... more

This is a truly wonderful place to stay. After completing a two week trip through the northwest, my wife and I have picked this establishment as our favorite. What an wonderous place to spend the weekend! We traveled to Carson, WA to spend time with friends close by. Through a bit of research, we found these pleasant cottages with vintage charm and comfortable pillow top mattresses! This cozy Motor-Court was originally built to house the over-flow guests from the mineral hot springs hotel that boomed during the 1930's... more
