Laundry room smelled like a litter box. Staff in general were not very friendly. Roads are very narrow and the campers are very inconsiderate for the most part. If you are parked in the last row in a big rig then good luck getting out of the park. You have to drive the wrong way on a one-way street that... More

This is our first time to stay in a KOA, and we weren't sure what to expect, based on some of the reviews we read here. We have usually stayed in government campgrounds, and looked forward to the full hookup, wifi, poot/hot tub, etc. Since we were there for a Thursday, Friday stay, in mid September, it was quiet, as... We have just been on an epic journey across Canada and back through the US, almost 10,000 miles. Most of those nights we were loyal KOA supporters. On Sept. 4th we checked into the Burlington KOA for 2 nights. The first night I was sitting at the dining room table and heard this loud bang and the window shattered. Needless... More

We were lucky that they had some deluxe cabins that allowed dogs. The room was very spacious with a kitchenette and bathroom. The entire place was very clean and they also had a huge dog run area. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was a packed KOA as usual.

Overall a nice park with tree shade but not much privacy. Pool was out of order while we were there. Park was nice and quiet so our overnight went well. Staff were very friendly and helpful too. Only issue we had is that our GPS had us turning right where we saw no KOA signs, then we drove down the... More

Spent a week at this KOa and pleased with most things. Clean, safe, and friendly/helpful staff. Pool could be warmer and they need to do something about the hot tubs. Small, old, deep, and generally unappealing. Internet VERY poor. However, I gave it a four because the sites are very nice with wonderful shade to keep out the hot sun.... More

Stayed here for a week. It's a good location for things to do but the campground is pretty tired. The spots are stacked right on top of one another. No room for any privacy. We had a fire pit that was full of mud and burned wood/ashes scattered our campsite. The washrooms are clean, but not always functioning. There is... More

We chose this campground based on it's proximity to the ferries at Anacortes that go out to the San Juan Islands. The campground is about a 45 minute drive to the ferry docks. The campground is very nice. Lots of big pine trees to give you that "in the forest" feel. They have full hook ups all the way down... More

We reserved this early on as it is closely located to a number of area attractions; Deception Pass, San Juan Ferry, Vancouver BC, etc. While the staff was nice and the park clean with typical KOA amenities it fell short for us. We were stuck in a tent site far away from the single restroom/shower facility, the WiFi signal was... More

This campground is great to stay at when you want to go out and do day trips. We have stayed here to go to the Woodland Zoo and another day took the kids to the Everett Children't Museum. It's also close to the Cascade Mall, Burlington Outlet Mall and a few other strip malls. As far as the campground itself,... More
