We've been staying at the Buckley Econolodge on and off for several years. We have family in the area and it is really the only decent place to stay. Each time we stay is better than the last. They are making a real effort. The lobby is quite nice and they have added a small breakfast room. There are a... More

After reading some reviews I was a bit worried about the cleanliness, but was pleasantly surprised. Our room was clean despite what others have said. It's a great value for the room size, amenities and friendly staff. My partner and I have online businesses so we really appreciate efficient wifi. We'll be going to more Econo Lodges (and their family... More

Upon arrival, there was a musty smell in the lobby like wet dogs. The hotel lost our reservation that we made 3 weeks in advance. After an hour of figuring that out, we found ourselves in a room very mis-represented online. The room was PUTRID!!! BLACK MOLD growing on the curtains and walls people!!! Food was left in the fridge... More

We were looking for a cheap hotel right before venturing on a multi-day hike in Mount Rainier National Park. The hotel is not brand new and it shows. However, the rooms were clean and comfortable. A simple breakfast was included. Alright for one night, before enjoying the magnificent national park.

We've been staying at this hotel for the past number of years. We stay here ONLY out of convenience because there are no other hotels close to the King County Fairgrounds. Every year I take my disinfectant wipes with me and wipe down absolutely everything, as cleanliness has never been a priority at this hotel. This year, after reading the... More

Since the aging Econo Lodge is the only show in town, I made my reservation with a bit of trepidation. Unfortunately the motel was about as I'd expected. The rooms have seen a bit of updating, but much of it looked like a DIY project. I checked in after a long day and hoped for a decent bed and a... More

We were in town for a graduation and someone else made the reservation for us because we needed several rooms. The room had a funky odor to it. The pool area was run down. The hot tub wasn't working. The chairs and tables were filthy. The paint on the trim was peeling. We had a hard time sleeping due to... More

No plug for bathtub (used a plastic bag). No de-caf in lobby, one pack in room. Coffee machine was not cleaned between uses. Sound proofing not great (used ear plugs) but sound level not obnoxiously high. Pool is outdoors and not heated. Good location, helpful staff (we were allowed to check in early). Breakfast is adequate but the lobby location... More

This hotel is an embarrassment to the Econo Lodge brand and I'm stunned they haven't revoked the franchise. The hotel had a leak in the ceiling when we checked in with a bucket catching the actively leaking water from the AC or other system. Had we not been in a bind for a place to stay we would have left... More

Econo Lodge owned by Rajesh Investments Pros: Only one - close to the north west entrance to Mount Ranier National Park. Cons: The bed: Worn out sheets, blanket, box springs and mattress was stained with blood or ???. If we had not been late and exhausted from a cross country flight we would have left. Bathroom was not clean. Towels... More
