Very friendly front desk, Mathew, older well maintained property. Close to main roads. Close to great pub food at Brother Don's, fish and chips were a-1, even threw in a couple of oysters when I asked how they were. I would stay again, not the fanciest, but clean and friendly.

I had a mixed feeling about booking this place. As a last minute plans, I booked this place and I am glad I did. I agree that the Inn is worn out and old but it is under a new management and they are trying their best to keep it going in a nice way. The rooms were clean and... More

I didn't stay here but my friends did and when I went there to meet them before going out, the lobby smelled terrible and I had to show my ID and fill out a form to be able to go to my friend's room. The elevator smelled worse than the lobby and I held my breath the whole time. room... More

I was a little hesitant about booking a room here after some of the mixed reviews I saw beforehand, but I found a great online deal, and took a chance. I only stayed one night, but would have been happy staying several. Even if I hadn't gotten a great online price I still would consider the room I got more... More

This motel was more a disappointment, but okay. We booked (ahead of time) a king bed with a balcony view, and I even asked the person behind the desk once there, which he confirmed. However, we were sent to the next building and it was a queen on the bottom floor with no view. We finally got situated in the... More

Our room could use some updating but the price was right. Our room had a kitchenette with a full sized refrigerator, 4 burner stove, sink, counter top micro, toaster and hot plate. Bathtub/shower, sink and nice vanity lg. surface area with older laminate on counter tops .Flooring ceramic tile. Sink outside of bathroom on small vanity. Room had a flat... More

We were very impressed.Inside it is like a spacious resort with big picture windows looking over lawn and tranquil water of Oyster Bay. Our room was huge with two double beds,a separate counter with washbasin as well as a washbasin in the bathroom with tub. Small table with two chairs, a big desk and chair, small fridge and microwave. Classy decor... More

We stayed here two years ago and it was a beautiful hotel. Truly a fantasy gem among hotels in the area. Gorgeous water views and a garden gazebo. Ask for a room in the back. The restaurant was fabulous and the rooms were very tidy. The staff there were more than welcoming and the ladies even made sure we were... More

I have gone by this hotel many times, but I have business out that way and we wanted a cheap place to stay. We were very impressed; for one thing, the prices were insanely low! The front desk clerk was professional and helpful, and since my husband runs a hotel that is an important quality to us. It is dated,... More

The prices are good. The room was clean. The view of the water was lovely. The staff was helpful and nice but I did see one person get in trouble for trying to take food out of the breakfast area and bring it to their room. This seemed a bit strict for no reason. The breakfast was standard low end.... More
