We were quite happy with our stay at Skagit. We stayed twice 'to and from' our actual destination. The rooms were clean and the windows opened so that we could sleep in the fresh air. Also, the casino is separate from the hotel which made it a quiet place to sleep (except for the frogs that chirped through the night... More

We stayed there only one night, it's not a place for family with kids to stay, or non smokers as casino has very poor ventilation and smoke odour is so strong that 10 mins there smoke smell was all in our clothes and hair. Back in hotel shower we found hair and shower tub very dirty. Hallway was dirty and... More

We arrived at the hotel on Sunday, March 16th at 7:00 pm. Greeting at the desk was excellent. Both girls at the desk were very friendly. The hotel room was also excellent and roomy. We went to the restaurant at the hotel where we had a choice of a buffet or restaurant where you could order from a menu. We... More

My husband and I stayed there Friday and Saturday nights (in March 2014). We left the room on Saturday at 10 a.m. and were gone until 9:00 Saturday night. We returned to find that there had not been room service - bed still unmade and no clean towels, etc.. Not a huge thing, but not something we expected. Upon talking... More

I attended a concert last night. We were excited and looking forward to it as we were huge fans of the entertainer. The seats were so close together (worse than the worst airplane I’ve been in). I could not even sit at the chair without turning sideways because everyone’s shoulders were too wide for the seating – not just touching... More

Stayed here in April but were surprised to see all the pricey changes when we returned this November. You no longer receive the discount for having their casino rewards card & the buffet is more expensive for poorer quality food. Their sister hotel, The Skagit Ridge, also does not give the casino rewards card.

We rented the executive suite which proved very reasonable if it not were for the "casino fee" that was tacked on at checkout and never mentioned at check-in. The suite was spacious with fireplace. A nice touch. As to cleanliness, that left much to be desired. Carpet sofas and armchair were stained. A good clean would have helped. We stayed... More

We have been staying at the Skagit Hotel for years so when we checked in this week, we were surprised by the changes that have recently occurred. On the bright side, the rooms are all undergoing upgrades with new carpeting, paint, linens, TV's, lamps, etc. They were getting tired and old so this was a nice surprise. What was not... More

The hotel is next to the casino, but has no interior access. All food is in the casino: (buffet $$, pretty awful adults-only snak-bar, and Skagit Skillet sit-down restaurant with usually good but sometimes cold food and very cold a/c). Rooms are comfortable, employees friendly, but handicapped rooms really are not. They have extra space for wheelchairs, grab-bars in the... More

Stayed here for a business trip with the family. While not as new and fancy and the Tulalip down I-5 but a nice place none the less. Had trouble booking the room because of phone problems on their end but I got the reservation eventually. Arrived late with the family and the very nice girls at front desk informed me... More
