I have stayed in multiple different hotels in the Bellingham/Fairhaven area over the past couple of years. This hotel is my favorite. It is by the water, and you have a beautiful walking path practically out your front door. Multip restaurants and bars as well as the main Fairhaven plaza are all within easy walking distance. The hotel is extremely... More

Small, wonderfully maintained older building. Spacious public spaces and guest rooms. Views of the bay or Fairhaven Green. Friendly staff, convenient parking. Located in the heart of Fairhaven with lots of dining options. A delightful place to base a Bellingham get away.

We stayed here for 3 nights for our 41st Wedding Anniversary July14th. The place is charming, only 22 rooms, overlooks Bellingham Bay a 1/2 mile away looking over warehouses and parking lots. Price is for Bay Front view but not here. The bed was terrible. You lift the top sheet to get into bed, and the bottom flat sheet comes... More

Greetings, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I’m terribly sorry that it was less than ideal and as a result of your comments I have institutionalized some changes at the Inn: 1. I have purchased fitted sheets for all of our beds and 2. The berry medley will be eliminated from our breakfast room offerings. We are in... More

The Fairhaven neighborhood is, to my thinking, the nicest and most interesting part of Bellingham. The Fairhaven Village Inn is a great place in that neighborhood. While not modern or trendy, the Fairhaven Village Inn is clean, the staff friendly, and the overall ambiance quite nice. The room was large, had a small balcony overlooking the harbor, and a gas... Great room, great staff, great breakfast! And can you believe it, covered parking or at least free off the street parking. Not to mention near the bike shop and the bike trail to historic downtown….it was just loverly!

I was once again able to visit Fairhaven and spend the night with my granddaughter at Fairhaven Inn. I love this hotel. The staff is amazing. They are always available to help you and answer any questions about the area you may have. Of course they check you in immediately and make you feel like the most welcome guest in... More

we stayed an extra nite after checking in to this wonderful hotel. it's located on the town square in fairhaven and you can walk to a lot of shops, restaurants and the ferry dock. the rooms are large and the bed is comfy. altho our room faced the square, it was very quiet. the breakfast includes hardboiled eggs, cereals, yogurt,... Found this place more by accident than intention. Not your generic chain hotel. Exceptional room. Large, very quiet, very clean. Over looked the town square. Enjoyed the locals jam session in the park. Good little pub on the corner and some nice restauraunts within waking distance. Easily the best included breakfast we had on our 2 week vacation. The coffee... More

My recent visit for my granddaughter's graduation was again a wonderful stay at this great hotel. I have stayed here in the past and will alway come back. The staff, from the time I made reservations until I left, was great. The rooms are large and the bed is the most comfortable that I have ever slept in. My recent... More

My hubby and I stayed a Sunday and Monday in late June. We were so impressed with the view, the air conditioning, the neatness and cleanliness of the room. The breakfast in the separate room was delicious and the on site staffer was a lovely, helpful lady. Great location, too, right near restaurants and shops.
