Nice for the money. Desk staff very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was nice, and pool was fun.

I had a wonderful time in Bellingham, and enjoyed myself immensely. The experience was great, and it seems like Travelodge has really changed, based on earlier reviews. The carpets were brand new, the place was clean, I had a microwave, fridge, and T.V., and the pool was fun!

I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay, and at a rate of $54 per night, the value was quite good. The rooms were clean, the staff helpful, and the place was quite. I would definitely recommend this hotel, even though weekend prices in the summer seem to be higher. Small, but comfortable and reasonable.

My friend and I stayed there on our way back to Seattle after a concert in Vancouver last night. It was the worst experience I've had in a long time in a hotel. There were hairs in the bathtub, shampoo or soap drizzled and caked along the sink, fingerprints all over the window and TV and stains on the carpet.... More

The condition you describe is certainly unacceptable and we continuously work with our housekeeping staff to maintain our standard of cleanliness. I do hope you notified our front desk staff of your room's condition. We most certainly do not have any infestations, we monitor and take preventive measures at the building level to ensure such infestations do not happen. While... More

We have stayed at a Travelodge in the past with positive experiences but this experience wasn't comparable. On arrival at the hotel it appeared to be clean and inviting; of course with a low priced hotel we weren't expecting five star quaity. The front desk attendent was very friendly. As we headed to the room the carpets on the stairs... More

I stayed here in March 2005 and yes it was spartan but the bed was very comfortable and I actually got a good nights rest. Although there were kids galore everywhere (some kind of graduation going on) it was quiet at night and very restful. I had a non-smoking room and yes, if you are highly allergic to cigarette smoke,... More

I stayed there last week. Granted, it is rather spartan, but the mattress was firm and new, the bed linen and towels adequate, and I did not notice any "improper" activities that apparently take place in other motels nearby. The guests included families with kids, househunting retirees, some European turists, and Greyhound drivers catching some shuteye. Very convenient to the... More

I recently stayed at the Travelodge due to a bicycle ride I was on that went through Bellingham. Their normal rate is rated on your website as $38-58, however I just paid $99 to stay in the filthiest room ever!! I was given a smoking room (they were full). The carpet was stained, the upholstery on the chairs was stained,... More
