I always book and talk to Ellen on the phone. She is a pleasure to talk to and makes booking reservations a quick, easy, painless process. Ellen goes the extra mile by making things simple and convenient. Our employees that stay at the hotel get great restaurant recommendations and are greeted with a pleasant voice every time. Thank you Ellen... More

After reading all the terrible reviews of this motel, I gave my husband a hard time for booking it! Upon arrival I was very pleasantly surprised, first by the receptionist, who was very friendly and helpful. We had booked in early, so the room was not ready and after I asked about a good coffee place, he suggested a very... More

I would not have stayed if the entire city of Bellingham had not been sold out. I don't mind a 2-3 star hotel if it's clean and a decent value. This place is neither. Although it is located close to Western Washington U, it's on a street the locals call hooker row - for a good reason. It looks they... More

What can I say? My husband says: "you get what you pay for." I hate it when he's right! My girlfriend and I annually take a weekend shopping trip to Bellingham and have always booked with Hotwire or Priceline, we have stayed in places like Baymont Inn and Suites and the Heritage BW, which were awesome. This year, not so... More

The motel is close to the freeway, but far enough away to be quiet and it's only about a mile away from downtown. There's a Hagens supermarket with a deli within walking distance and since the motel room has a small fridge and microwave we could fix a pretty good dinner. The other option was to walk to McKays Taphouse... More

The hotel is comfortable. It is being upgraded. We stay there whenever we have to stay overnight in Bellingham. The staff are very friendly. The check in and booking process was easy and quick. The continental breakfast is pretty decent.

We stayed at this hotel for a family event. It is easy to get to. Right off the I-5, but far enough away not to get I-5 traffic noise. Only a few minutes drive to downtown Bellingham. We stayed in a first floor room. On the first floor you do get some noise from the parking lot, but otherwise it... More

I've stayed at the days before and its always been good, I like that they've updated the furniture and carpets. Went from being bland to a much more updated modern look. The front staff is nice and helpful, which I appreciate. I think its a good value for the level of service and product they provide.

This place was the most gross day inn I have been, when we went to our room all I could smell was mold, we got in to our room there was stains on your bed cover, hair. I couldn't sleep because of the smell and when we were checking out I told the girl about the smell and we could... More
