The hotel was acceptable. It had a fairly clean room. There was a little graffiti behind the large tv that hadn't quite come off. The tub had a lot of mold. It wasn't crawling with roaches but it could have been cleaner. The thing that bothered me is they weren't very nice when it came to my pet. They were... more

We seem to never get a great Motel room because we smoke and we have a little dog, but this motel caters to everyone. We called and booked a room here for two nights, but wound up staying 3 nights. When we arrived to check in, they had not booked a smoking room for us, so not only did they... more

My friend and I had the most wonderful stay at the Coachman Inn . We stayed in the largest suite with 2 large bedrooms , kitchen, dining and family areas... it was just great. We brought her daughter (11yrs. old) and her 3 friends and they had a ball. The pool was warm and inviting, as were the staff. The... more

We stayed in this hotel over Memorial Weekend. It wasn't a great hotel but there isn't much to choose from in this area either. We stayed in a regular room with two beds and other family members stayed in a larger room with two beds. If I had to stay here again I would get the larger room with two... more

When making the reservation the girl was very understanding of what was in the rooms, and what we needed. She was quick and reviewed the reservation when done, including check in and out times. At check in there was fresh cookies, that you could smell baking before you even walked through the door. Our room was very spacious, although a... more

I am a travel agent and I loved this hotel! The rooms are large and very clean, the property is very lit. They allowed pets-which I needed but you couldn't tell that it was a pet room because it was very clean and it did not smell like most hotel rooms that allow pets. It was a great price and... more

Have stayed in this hotel a number of times. While rooms are pretty standard and dated, they are very clean. Rooms have mini-fridges, which are great for travelers. Continental breakfast is nice as is the lobby service. The whole property is well-maintained, with staff constantly working around the property. In fact, staff use feather dusters to remove cobwebs and dust... more

I have been staying at this hotel on a somewhat regular basis for the past three years and have found it comfortable, well decorated and with very pleasant employees. The staff treat you as family and are not rude or "stuffy". The hot tub and pool always seems to be clean although I rarely use them. The continental breakfast provided... more

I began patronizing Coachman Inn in September of 1985. Marsha Chatman was Inkeeper at the time. My work dictated I visit Oak Harbor on a monthly basis. My experiences at Coachman Inn had been pleasant yet uneventful and caused me to return time after time until the arrival of the new General Manager, Randall S. Bradford. Since his arrival, I... more
