I stayed at the motel because of the price and location and am sorry I did. I broke out in what I suspected was an allergy and was sorry to get confirmed it was from multiple bed bug bites. I am worried now if I brought them home. Please do not make the same mistake I did.

I recently stayed the night to attending a show at the WWU Arts Center. The motel was clean, convenient and the room surprisingly spacious and well appointed. There was a comfortable chair along with a desk and chair. A little refrigerator in the room and a microwave in the hall. I did not check out the microwave but I assume... More

Reserved a room based on previous TA reviews and couldn't have been happier with my choice. Located on a small commercial strip just off I-5 and very convenient to downtown and the university, from the street it looks just like any other older motel but when you drive in and look around it's immediately apparent that the owners take great... I stayed here earlier this month. The owners were very friendly and treated us like family. One of our bulbs was not working in the room, and the owner came by and fixed it right away. They charged us 55 for the room but gave us a king size just as complimentary. They had coffee makers in the room and... More

This hotel seems like a great deal. $55 a night, very clean, recently remodeled, free breakfast, great reviews. However, as a female traveling alone, I need to also feel safe at the hotel and in my room. Two things happened to prevent this. The business is run by an indian family, primarily a father and son, that seemed really nice... More

Enjoyed my stay overall. Great staff - helpful and friendly, even the person that cleaned the rooms went out of her way to accommodate me. There was a pretty good breakfast selection to get you going in the morning. The rooms were clean and I used the internet access. Even got to enjoy the sauna and jacuzzi for a bit.

I stayed at the Coachman for a week and would definitely do so again. This place is basic and unpretentious, but you get all the good stuff: real cleanliness, comfortable bed, lots of hot water. Most important, the owner and staff are HELPFUL, real human beings who seem to know real human beings stay in the rooms.

We stayed here based on reviews on TripAdvisor. We were not disappointed. The staff was really accomodating from reservations to check-in. While our room was small, it was clean and comfortable. We did not take advantage of the free breakfast, so can not comment. We will stay here again.

This place was everything it proclaims to be. We were greeted warmly and promptly given a room meeting all our requests...we were offered help with our bags and escorted to our room (this is high end hotel service!!) The service was top notch from arrival to departure, the room was clean and comfortable and the continental breakfast was a nice... More
