I recently stayed at the Courtyard in Bellevue for 1 night on business in a king room. The hotel grounds is standard Courtyard and very well maintained. Check in was very efficient and the front desk staff were wonderful, it always makes a difference to have someone cheerful who enjoys what they do at the front desk and this hotel... more

There are 3 Marriott properties located together in this Bellevue suburb. I've stayed in the Fairfield Inn before and it was fine. This time I decided to try the Courtyard. Superficially, it looks like any other Courtyard. It has a functional, well-lit lobby and a nice eating area. However, the problems started as soon as I tried to find a... more

Stayed here for two days over a weekend on business and recommend without reservation. I did not find any of the cleanliness issues others have noted-all aspects of the room were clean. I stayed in the king suite ($112 weekend rate) which has a large living room with a large work desk, pull out sleeper couch, 2 or 3 large... more

My wife and I and our 4 year old son stayed for two nights. The front desk staff was very friendly. Check-in and Check-out were extremely quick. We booked a AAA rate of $80.00 and this was correctly reflected on the bill. This is a nice quiet location, yet not far from local restaurants, etc. The room was extremely clean... more

We had a room rate of $89 per night and stayed 3 nights. At check-in they asked if we were in town for a special occasion. We told them that it was our 10 year wedding anniversary. She congratulated us and gave us dinner recommendations. The next day they brought us a bottle of champagne to our room compliments of... more

We had a short stay here, but we enjoyed ourselves once we found it. This hotel is not located in central Bellevue and could be tough to find (we were looking for this place in the dark). The beds were very comfy and the furniture looked fairly new. We liked how the sink was outside of the washroom so people... more

I've been staying at this hotel since the beginning of September and so have been in four different rooms so far. Two of the four rooms grossed me out enough to write this review and both involve the toilet seat. To put it simply they were not clean and one almost seemed to be intentionally that way. The one reviewer... more

Looking for a hotel near Seattle but with a few criteria, Courtyard in Bellevue/Redmond fit the bill perfectly. Nice indoor pool and spa, nice (simple) breakfast buffet, not free but reasonable, very clean hotel and up to date decor. We had a queen suite which had a huge bedroom with 2 queen beds 2 dressers 2 chairs and TV, plus... more

The person below this comment obviously has some sort of grudge against this hotel. I found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. Check in was straightforward and easy. The staff was sure to be open and friendly, offering to help with anything while I was on my stay. No elevator to the second floor, so with suitcases that... more

Courtyard is one of the few chains I will stay at without vetting the particular branch. This one was definitely not up to Courtyard standards. I arrived late, and was given my room. Due to the unusual layout of the hotel, it was a long walk from the parking lot. The bedside lamp did not work, so I requested a... more
