I stayed here for one night, and was very disappointed. I travel a lot for work, and have stayed in other extended stay hotels like Residence Inn, and this one is just very basic and no frills. It does not make for a relaxing place to do work. The staff was very friendly and the location is convienent. But those... more

It's a decent place to stay if you're young, single, and don't have high standards. The walls are thin, the TV didn't work well, and the room is pretty small, but it's a decent place to stay with a good location. more

Reading previous reviews answered why both of our group's rooms stunk of aggressive cleaning products. We though the stench would dissipate, but never did. I would not recommend this hotel, there are better options in this price range in the area. more

I have stayed here on subsequent weeks (business I am visiting is nearby). This time I am writing the review from the room in the hotel. Both times, I got rooms that smell musty. Both times room did not have a remote control for TV or supplies for the coffee maker! (sure it is a studio but they are supposed... more

A good, clean, cozy hotel, but very basic in it's offerings (that is to be expected with this chain). The only improvement I could suggest would be to allow for checkout from the TV like most other hotels now allow. more

Being a solo traveller on a 2 week trip to the USA, the budget was something I have to bear in mind. It was my first trip to Seattle and I found the accommodation within reach of downtown quite pricey. However, I did spoil myself with 2 days at the Mediterranean Inn which I used as a base to explore... more

Upon entering the room, the first thing I noticed was the smell of tobacco smoke. I had booked a non-smoking room, yet they gave me a smoking room. Perhaps this was just a simple mistake, so I called the front desk right away. They were out of non-smoking rooms. I don't understand how a hotel is out of non-smoking rooms... more

I stayed one Saturday night. They have special rates for the weekend. The hotel is NOT right up against the freeway. It is right in the heart of Microsoft land. The room was great, clean and comfortable. I love having the kitchen in the room. The office staff were friendly and helpful. This is the second time I have stayed... more

Second worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The couch was badly stained in several locations. The bed cover -- problematic even in some nice hotels -- was filthy. I wouldn't put a bare foot on the carpet because it was even grimier. The (nonsmoking) room stank of old old dirt. For $150 per night you get all the dirt you... more

Homestead Studios are far too expensive for what they are providing. Cooking facilities are poor, rooms are not cleaned on a regular basis and the walls are so thin that you can hear every single word of your neighbors. TV reception isn't good, either. It's ok if you only want to stay for a few days, however, if you want... more
