I'm use to visit Bellevue, Seattle, Redmond and first time in this hotel. of course it's not the Hyatt Bellevue close to the shopping mall but it's a good choice with great breakfast, pleasant staff , large rooms. close to the I90 and free shuttleservice "a la carte". of course Wireless included :-) I recommend it !

Great clean hotel, which is near downtown, but not in the middle of it. Nice concept of small bar if you want a late evening drink and very nice breakfast. Staff was very friendly and offered good suggestions for dinner. Would difinately stay here again.

This is our second time staying at the Hyatt House and on both occasions we were looked after by friendly and attentive staff. The rooms are more like an apartment vs hotel with a full kitchen and fridge. This is not a 5 star hotel so don't expect high quality bedding/linen and toiletries. The hotel is nice and clean - seems new! Stayed one night for business and the rooms were large enough that we could set up a projector and rehearse our presentation with 4 people in the room. We enjoyed the bar/restuarant area in the evening and breakfast was good too. I would definitely stay here again.
