Booked a room at this hotel so my wife and I could stay the night following an event we were attending at the same location. Added on the "presidential" upgrade for this room. What a disappointment! The room cost before taxes was $279, with tax almost $320. What did I get for that? A standard king room at the embassy... More

The place is under big, loud, ground shaking construction right now. The staff is crabby and not at all interested in helping guests. Stairs are blocked, at least one elevator is out and access all around is limited. Happy hour and breakfast were still good, but everything else is in total disarray. Pool was fine, but sauna was locked.

Still one of my preferred place to stay in Bellevue but not on the top. Hotel has nice 2 room suites with nice bathrooms which are newly renovated. Renovation is done quite nice, the feel of the room is upgraded. All the TVs, sofas and chair are new so it gives a very nice feel. However, the stay during the... More

I guess when they finish all the renovation it will be OK. Its a strange place with a massive internal area for breakfast, bit like sitting in the sort of hanger used for airships! Breakfast was nothing special, adequate. Room was OK, also adequate but rather expensive for what you get. Staff were reasonably accommodating, again nothing special, however the... More

Hotel Rooms are newly renovated and very clean. Other parts are still under construction. Hotel has limited working elevators. I would wait few months before staying there.... Also restaurant / bar is only open very limited time

Pros: - Large and spacious rooms, has a living room area with flat screen tv, sofa and desk/table - Clean. Housekeeping comes in regularly to clean room - Starbucks, 7-11, Jack in the Box and McDonald's right across the street - Fast and efficient check in/out - Close to downtown Bellevue, shuttle service available Cons: - Construction on-going (although not... Was unable to get room preference, even with the hotel not fully booked and under construction. Leads me to believe they don't even try to accommodate, and offer it just to mislead you in thinking they are customer focussed. Have had this experience from Embassy on several occasions. Only one elevator working during our stay, so used the stairwells. One... More

It was a nice hotel with very good breakfast and evening snack. The hot tub and the pool were nice too. But the hotel's construction was disturbing. There were nice restaurant around it, We found one Indian and Chinese restaurant in walking distance. The staff was nice and helping.

First of all it was great to have the ability to choose my own room location. Upon arrival I was told we were upgraded to the 5th floor (probably due to construction on site). They moved us to room 555. One of the reasons for this location was balconies. This room did not have one. We requested to move which... More

Our stay got off to a rocky start. When we arrived at about 4:45 our room wasn't ready and we were told they didn't know how long it would be. After a long travel day we were pretty frustrated. Fortunately it ended up only being about 15 minutes. Our room was newly remodeled and very nice. Most of the common... More
