I recently stayed here while traveling with my Mom and sister. It was a great fit for our travel needs with 2 rooms and the extra pull out. The property and our room were clean and the staff we encountered were all very pleasant. I've stayed with Embassy Suites before and love the happy hour and made to order breakfast.... More

Just the one bad experience, paid for an up-grade in room style but did not notice anything new or better than normal room, I`ve in this hotel many times, and enjoy the location, it`s close enough to Seattle without the big city feeling.

You can't beat this hotel for cost and value. The evening reception is a truly unique experience that every hotel should treat their guests to, and the breakfast buffet was better than we expected. The hotel is getting a little old and our room smelled a little musty but for the value we weren't going to complain and for us... More

Overall this hotel is a very nice, accommodating place to stay near Seattle (15 min. drive) and shopping (5-10 minutes to a mall area). Hotel is easy to get to off and on the freeway. Didn't notice any traffic noise due to the close proximity of the road. Staff was friendly and quick with check in and check out. Breakfast... More

Room would not cool down despite the HVAC being set to the lowest setting. Door to the room squeaked. Internet was down a good portion of the afternoon and evening. This was our second stay here this year while taking our daughter to Seattle Children's Hospital. We likely will make several more trips this year. The first stay was fantastic.... More

I was looking for a hotel with a swimming pool and in-house food service. Both were excellent. The waiter in the Grill was outstanding, as was the food. My grandson needed a bandaid and when I requested one from the desk person, he immediately provided one for us.

We stayed at this hotel as a group for our dance team. We were attending a convention and this was a hotel that gave us a group rate. The location was good, but the best part was the pool area and the open area for food/drinks and dining. The adults could relax in the open seating area during the "... More

First the rooms are old and I do understand are to be updated soon. Even being old could still be cleaned better. Hide-a-bed sheets did not looked washed. Cupboards were dripping on the outside with food. Never enough towels in room. The pool is too small to house such a large hotel. Was very dirty. Maybe a suggestion have kids... More

Having stayed here many, many times over the years, I rarely epxerience any issues. The Manager's reception is a nice touch and the complimentary breakfast is outstanding. And if you are up for a drink or dinner after a long day, let Walid the bartender take care of you.
