Things were not in great working order. Usually a hotel door locks when you close it. This one didn't. Luckily my husband thought to check or we would have left the room unlocked all day. He figured out that if he slid the plastic key the door would lock. He called the desk and they sent someone to fix it,... more

I usually stay at the nearby Sheraton to save some bucks, but I got a great deal on the Hilton (both are considered 3.5 stars by Hotwire) and ended up spending a week here on a business/leisure trip. The decor (per the staff, 3 years old) looks more like it's 15... dowdy colors and old dinged furniture. The carpet in... more

Had a very nice experience here. The hotel does look a bit dated in spots, but nothing that would cause anyone to raise an eyebrow. Beds VERY comfortable. Only real complaint would be the parking lot, which appears to have been only partially re-paved and all the spaces are haphazardly painted in place, hard to see and WAY too close... more

Let's see.. -- my room smelled like poo -- the hallways smelled like skunk -- i threw up violently within 5 minutes of eating at Tully's in the hotel -- no perks or acknowledgement that I am a Hilton Diamond member -- internet is slow and $10/night. -- breakfast buffet was almost $20/pp. That is ridiculous. There were a few... more

This is by far a great hotel - was there on business but is nice, clean and definitely worth staying at again. The location for me was a bit off - as I was not familiar with the layout of Bellevue or Seattle but that was my own fault. The staff was great, friendly and accommodating to all our needs.... more

I was not expection much as the last cople of times I have stayed at a Hilton property they have been in much need of rehab. This was not the case with this hotel. I stepped into the hotel and was greeted by a very happy and helpful staff and while I am a hilton honors member I don't have... more

We booked this hotel (4 rooms) directly using our Entertainment card at a very good rate. We stayed for two nights. We really liked the hotel- the location (20 min to downtown Seattle), close to resturants, good pool, large rooms, etc BUT the customer service left much to be desired. I had requested a crib, which was no where to... more

I stayed here in July while attending a meeting at Microsoft. The hotel is a bit south of downtown Bellevue, but still a manageable walking distance (maybe a mile to Bellevue Square Mall?). There are several restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, and there are sidewalks everywhere to make these walks pleasant. As others have mentioned, I was put... more

My husband book a two night stay at the Hilton at Bellevue for Friday July 25th and Saturday July 26th, 2008 to celebrate my birthday. The checkout desk was on the third floor and they put us on the second floor which feels like we got the basement suite. When we first check in i asked the front desk clerk... more
