Checked in by a nice gentleman who was willing to address we had reserved a rollaway, even if it wasn't on his paperwork, we pulled up our email, to show we had. With offer of a 2Q unit instead of a king suite didn't seem comparable. Willing to meet or reservations with dry humor, he willingly also re-keyed our keys... More

Worst place ever. Front desk is a joke. Looks like they only hire people with GED's. What they lack in class they make up in laziness. Toilets don't work. They walk into your room unannounced. Smells like cigars & ladies of the night. Puke all over the steps.

We reserved a block of rooms a year in advance for a wedding party. Most of the guests had stayed here before, about 20 years ago. The place has deteriorated greatly and needs a fixup, cleanup and remodel. Beds are uncomfortable and sag. In one room the toilet didn't flush. Needs to have the furnishings and entire room upgraded, freshened... More

We have stayed in Bainbridge frequently over the past 10 years to visit a friend and have stayed here and the nearby Best Western, which is newer and more updated than the Island Country Inn (BW is a bit more in price). Both are well located. We stayed in the Island Country Inn last week and it was fine. However,... More

The room was clean but very outdated. We were missing our screen so we couldn't let in the fresh air. We could hear the traffic but did not hear any noise from the neighboring rooms. We asked for suggestions at the desk on what to see on the island and they were not able to give us one suggestion. All... More

This might be the loudest hotel room I have ever stayed in. It was not just possible to hear noises coming from the adjoining room, but we could hear every word of the conversations going on. They weren't partying or doing anything particularly out of the ordinary. They were just talking at a normal volume late into the night. We... More

We were very disappointed with our stay at this Inn. The bedroom was dark and furnishings shabby; when I asked about the shower gel I was told they only had soap and that there was a supermarket up the road where I could purchase some. I have travelled for many years but I have never been told that before. The... More

A great alternative to staying downtown, cute remote feel, good price, old tv, wifi is free (but not working at the moment), and a pool (closed for maintenance). Would stay here again for cheap/easy accommodations. No major complaints as it is very clean.

We stayed here for one night, and found it to be satisfactory, but a little expensive for what it is. We usually go to a different motel nearby, but as it had no vacancy, we came here instead. The bed was ok, with older blankets and linens. The furniture was all out of date, but still usable. The breakfast was... More

We were unhappy with the quality of the facility and asked to cancel our reservation. I was told that we could not cancel without being charged because we had booked through "bookings.com". Later we were told by Bookings.com that the decision was the hotels not theirs. Our first room smelled so badly of cigarette smoke that they moved us to... More
