We've been driving cross country, staying in a lot of motels sort of like this, but of everywhere we've stayed - including places twice the price - this was the most charming. The room was big, freshly painted and with a totally remodeled bathroom. It was very clean, great hot water, and quiet. The owner was delightful and helpful, and... More

We only paid $39.00 plus tax with a coupon in 'the original red guide' picked up at a rest area. The booklet was with travelcoupons.com. They have a AAA discounts too. They had wifi that worked well. The room was plain and clean and had a TV, frig, coffee pot, and a table with 2 chairs. Everything in the room... More

I will begin this review by saying this, for $45 bucks a night, I was not expecting a 5 star luxury resort, with big, fluffy towels and a mint on my pillow. What I did expect is a relatively quiet, clean, comfortable room. The Travel Lite motel was just that, nothing fancy, but a place to rest from the road.... More

I stayed for one night on the way to my destination and opted for cheap. I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, freshly painted, newly redone bathroom. The furniture was old, but fine; comfortable bed, fridge, coffee maker. It is right on Main Street, so you can walk to all the cool shops and museums. It is directly across... More

Stopped overnight on way home. For the price, this was very adequate. Don't expect a lot of extras but the room was clean, odor free. TV, Coffee Maker and fridge. Can't ask for much more for under $45. Owner was pleasant, helpful in restaurant suggestions and the neighborhood was quiet and safe.

Not a fancy place but clean & fragrance free. I have asthma attacks from fumes. After 3 hrs. of looking for a chemical free room, I found Travel Lite. Clerk very understanding of my problem. Let me try room before making reservation. Very helpful. Prior to here, I had tried 10-15 rooms. toxic fragrances in all. We had been on... More

My friend and I were on our way to myrtle beach and it was very late so we decided to stop and my friend wanted to save a few dollars so we found the twilight which is now its name after our experience. We had to ring a bell to get service, a very grumpy man came out and we... More

We've stayed in better and cheaper places, but this motel was a decent enough place to spend a night. It's an old place which could do with refurbishment, but the room was large, and actually included a second bedroom. The man at reception was also nice and friendly. The night was freezing, but the heater worked well. Unfortunately the wifi... More

My kids and I drove to Myrtle Beach. We left late at night and thought we'd find a hotel to break up the trip. There was a fiddle players convention going on so the usual places we would stay were not available. We stumbled on this little motel and it looked very quaint and well kept up on the outside....
