Myself and a group of 9 stayed here 5 - 12 Oct 09. We attended a conference in the area. We flew in from London England. There is no management to be found! Guest service was terrible. more
The hotel was clean and the service was very friendly. Breakfast we included in the rate and it was worth the value. I will stay at the Best Western Potmac Mills hotel again. more
I stayed here the week July 23-28,2007, on business. The hotel was nice and clean. I had a suite w/a king size bed,micro,mini refridge,2 sinks,desk,etc. The hotel offered complimentary cont'l breakfast. Which consisted of make your own waffles,hard boiled eggs,cereal, fresh fruit,yogurt,bagels,donuts,juices,etc. The front desk was always nice and helpful.
