We stopped in Winchester, VA, on our way South to visit family. Two forty-somethings, a 15-year-old and an 81-year-old. When making the reservation, I requested two rooms, close to each other. We were given rooms directly across the hall from each other, so that was nice and convenient. The rooms were clean, but very basic. The beds were fairly comfortable,... More

Winchester is about halfway between my home in NC and my inlaws in Syracuse. This place offers clean inexpensive rooms (about $30 cheaper than the Comfort Inn next door). No restaurant, but there's a Denny's right next door. Right off the interstate. A Sheetz and couple other gas stations, and a Taco Bell nearby. Good value for a stop-for-the-night.

This hotel is awful . We checked in just before midnight to people fighting dogs barking Tv stopped working and when calling the front desk were told we needed to come to the front desk by Matt because we were not suppose to be in the room ! We paid for the room but no one wrote it down what... More

We stayed there 2 nights. First night heading north for the holidays and 2nd night on our return south. We chose this place because it was inexpensive and pet friendly. The place is old (that;s OK), but it's clean (that's good). Free breakfast is basically a bowl of cereal (that's bad). On our first night I was walking Terra (our... More

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is poor and the breakfast area is tiny. The hotel is good value for money and ok for an overnight stopover. There is a Denny's next door and we had a good meal at the Texas Roadhouse just down the road. The hotel is ok for an overnight stay, but I wouldn't... More

We were guided by earlier TripAdvisor reviews, and they were on the mark. The property showed its age, especially the bathroom, but everything worked and was clean. The Denny's next door was quite accommodating when we ordered take-out that was out of the ordinary for them. The bed was comfortable, and the Internet was excellent. For the price, we would... More

Amenities were nice--coffeemaker, fridge, microwave, although I understand not all rooms get a coffeemaker. We stayed in room 110 and the bed was horrible...either rolling against each other to the center or falling off the edge if you got too close to it. Mildew in the shower stall but otherwise clean room. Breakfast routine old doughnuts, raisin bran or frosted... More

Very good location right next to I-81, yet quiet. The room we had was quite spacious with very comfortable bed. Everything is a little worn but well kept and clean. Complimentary breakfast is in a small room with little choice but good. Lovely people work at reception who love to help you. Restaurants and gas stations in walking distance. Excellent... More

We stayed here while traveling through on nearby I-81. Found it in one of the coupon booklets on the interstate rest stops, with a good rate of $52. This was the 2nd place we called -- the person at the first (other) motel was kind of nasty, the person who we talked to at this place was very nice. The... More
